Paper Star

The woman named Diane was very rude, mean spirited and treated us in an unprofessional manner. We will not shop here again and do not recommend this store.

The owner is unbelievable rude and is the type to be very disrespectful. If you tell her about it or complain in a reasonable tone, she will refuse your business. Buyer beware. And this is how they treat a regular customer. I would never want to give a business like this my hear-earned money.

My daughter recently visited the Paper Star and they were very friendly and recommended a book for her to buy for her friend's wedding shower. However they refused to wrap the gift although there were two people working behind the counter and lots of tissue paper available. Because the book was on sale they would not wrap it. My daughter had her 18-month old baby with her. I felt this was a bit mean-spirited.

Paper Star is a charming card & nick nack shop located in Paseo Nuevo. They have a large selection of not your typical greeting cards. The store also has a fun selection of items for gift giving from soaps to magnets to funny umbrellas. I always seem to walk out of there with more than I went there for
