I have been making monthly payments. Got behind on one but caught up by sending payment. The vet called and said they could not accept my payment because they sent to collection agency. Is there any law if a company does not accept payment the bill would be null and void. I had no written notice they were putting me in collections. It is not like I was not making payments. Someone please help....PAYMENT REFUSED TURNED OVER TO COLLECTIONS??????????????

If there was a way to give this place half a star I would! I called this vet after trying all morning different vets to help my dog that was in labor the night before and was having trouble. They quoted me $800 on the phone and when I arrived with the dog the assistant had paperwork indicating 1400-2000 dollars! Not able to afford that amount since they REFUSED to accept payment I told them I would have to take her somewhere else. As I was leaving, the assistant came outside with a clipboard and asked for my name and adress. A lady vet came out as well and was rude and inconsiderate and said that if she didn't get paperwork indicating that the dog had been seen somewhere else that she would file with animal control. Fast forward a whole 2 hours later and animal control was at my house not believing that I had been trying all morning and afternoon to get help for my dog! I had to show the animal control officer the notebook where I had written all the informaiton. WHO DOES THIS??? If she was SO concerned with the dog, then why didn't she put the dog ahead of her bottom dollar? If the dog was in such dire straights why didn't she do what she is supposed to do under "ethics" of being a vet and save the dog?? What she did was threaten that if the dog died I would be charged with animal cruelty. So what price do they pay for not saving an animal because they are more worried about their bottom dollar? DO NOT Take your animal here unless you appreciate being turned in to animal control!!

I have been to several Veterinary Offices. Noble Vet is by far my favorite. I love the staff and Dr. Singer and Dr. Robertson are excellent. It is a very busy office, but that is because the Veterinarians are so good! Most of my visits are with Dr. Singer. He is always very thorough, cares very much for my animals and answers all of my questions. Because of the way the staff treats me and Dr. Singer listens to me, I know I feel special when I go in. I suspect many clients do, too! I trust my pets health to Noble Veterinary Clinic. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to put in my opinions of Noble Vets. I have worked at vet clinics, dog schools and volunteered for shelters. I've had animals all my life, and therefore been to TONS of vets. This is THE ONLY clinic I trust with my pets now! Not only are they kind and caring, but I feel like they know me and my pets personally. Dr. Singer is a wonderful man, who truly loves his job and cares about the animals AND their owners. He always explains everything to me in detail, answering any questions we may have. He NEVER suggests tests or procedures unless he truly feels their necessary, and when tests ARE done he's exceptional about getting back to you with results. I personally would recommend this clinic to ANYONE who loves their pets as much as we do! Thanks Dr. Singer and Staff.... youre the best!!!

I was not very impressed with how my dog was approached at this clinic. It was the default clinic my dog was taken to for her spay before I received her from the shelter. The vet techs had long hair and made abrupt movements and scared my puppy, then wondered why she would only bark at him. The vet barely touched her when he came in and made a quick diagnosis without even trying to get to know my puppy or me. Not impressed. No thanks.

I would Never take a pet here again. The way I heard it Doc Noble was noted to be one of the better Vets in town. Well since he passed away it appears things have changed and for the worse. I took my little pupster there because of skin problems and his being very itchy. Yes they took him back to be weighed and would not let me go with him - well while visiting and consulting with the Vet I also learned they had taken my dogs blood too. They argued that they had told me they were going to do that. They told me they were going to weigh him and I never heard a word about taking his blood. After going around and around about various conditions my pet could have with the Vet my pet was given medication to stop the itchng. The bill probably ran a good $400 +. The medication made him lethargic and he was falling all over. I stopped the medication. I realized there was no label on the medication so I had no idea what the dog had been given except what was on my receipt. When contacting the Vet he told me the blood tests were normal and that my dog had allergies. He prescribed a special food and told me to call before I came to get it. When I called that I was coming they had no idea what I was talking about. This went on for a week. Finally without the food I felt I was no better off than when we went in and I took my dog elsewhere.

But I also filed a complaint with the Vet Board in Sacramento and after almost a year the Vet was finally fined for failing to label the medication container. I wish it had been more but I think he will likely always remember to put a label on medication hereafter.

Two years ago I found a kitten crying in the yard. The young mother had abandoned it after birth. I took Casey in, bottle fed her, watched her grow and develop. Within a week I realized she was not healthy and required medical attention. This was my first meeting with Dr. Singer. He was knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Singer told me that if it was between the kitten suffering and me not having the money to euthanize the kitten that they would not charge me, thus the kitten would not suffer. Thankfully, his skillful care of Casey prevented any need for euthanasia. In my many years of experience with vets, I had never had an offer to help like that. A doctor that cared more about the suffering of the kitten, than about the bottom line. Prior to meeting Dr. Singer, my outlook on Veterinary services, was that vets were there to make money from me (I know - very shallow, sorry Dr. Singer). It took my encounter with Dr. Singer to change how I felt. In the past two years, due to multiple cats? needs, I have been at the office at least 25 times. I have had a chance to build a relationship with Dr. Singer and his staff, and it is always rewarding. Unless there is an emergency, I would not go anywhere else. I don't know how I got so lucky to have met Dr. Singer, but I know that I will be forever grateful. I hope you get a chance to meet and start building a great relationship for you and your pet. While I only have cats, he provides medical services for birds, reptiles and rabbits. You have my solid recommendation.

I have an appointment for blood testing for my dog. However, they require a physical exam in order to have a blood test. After having the physical exam (I'm not even sure if the vet had done it?? since he won't allow me to stay with my dog for the exam), the vet didn't told me what is the result of the exam. I asked the assistance (Cheryl) the following day, she sounds like anoying when I ask her. She look at the chart, and said one word " healthy". I was suppose to bring back my dog following day for blood pannel (that's why I do the physical exam). But then they can't get my dog blood coz he was scared. They were not trying to help my dog but keep blamming how bad he is. I was very upset the way they do the business. I ended up paid $60 for nothing. No blood test with an unknown?? physical exam. I will highly recommended you not to go to this clinic if you care for your pet.

If you're looking for a vet that you can count on, trust, and loves the animals, then this is the place. Dr. Singer is wonderful, understanding, compassionate and caring. He gets to know his patients as well as their worried owners and he cares for all. His staff is warm, caring and kind. I wouldn't trade going to another place for anything, not where my pets are concerned! Thanks Noble vets, for everything!
