Check Into Cash

Recently, I did not accept a money order from a potential tenant. I returned the money order to the potential tenant. They returned the money order to check into cash that issued the money order. Check into cash told the potential tenant they had to wait for 30 days to receive their money. Potential tenant angrily called me and explained the situation to me. I told potential tenant that check into cash had their money. Potential tenant passed the phone to check into cash representative. Representative disrespectfully told me I had to take the money order and cash it. So potential tenant can received her money. I told the representative I would not cash the money order and told representative they had to return the money. The conservation ended. I would give this place a zero rating but I had to select a rating of one to make this work.

This check into cash has a high turn over in employees. So, the way they do things changes frequently. I have seen General Managers scream at employees here to having great customer service when he was removed.

One employee used to give me a courtesy called prior to turning my check in at the bank. That was a pleasant experience whenever I borrowed....now they have new staff (again) and the courtesy calls stopped. And the new staff doesn't want to know what the old staff used to do.

I am in the process of looking for another lender.

I like this business that gives you the opportunity to loan you some money before pay day or when you just cashed your check and had to use it all and some unexpected expense came up. Very convinient to have a business such as check n go in your area that can get you money fast same day you get a check. You do have to pay a small fee back when you pay them back, and they do give you time to pay them back. The catch is that you have to have a bank account and leave them a check from your bank account for back up of course just in case and you have to provide them with your last two recent pay check stubs. So for a fast loan you have to have a job and paycheck stubs for proof. I have used them several times that I have needed them and they were great. Like I said same day you get a check and pay what you need or have a little extra cash on hand. Employees here are super great and friendly.
