If you are looking for the quickest and least painful (there will still be some pain:)) brazilian wax, Marilyn Jaeger Skincare is the place to go. I have been getting waxed by Marilyn for over 3 years now. Even though I could find a place closer to home, I drive over an hour to get to Marilyn's spa every month. I have tried other salons for Brazilians and after 3 awful, painful, time consuming waxes, I pledged to never go anywhere else. The atmosphere of the salon is friendly and relaxing and the staff goes all out to make their clients feel welcome and cared for. I would definitley reccommend the Marilyn Jaeger Skincare Salon to anyone looking to be pampered...

Impressive. The atmosphere is like no other as I frequent many spas during my travels coast to coast.
The staff immediatly started with the royal treatment by offering me a glass of yummy Sangria, giving me a tour, & making me comfortable.
Then my services began. The staff were very professional, gentle, and exuded calmness that put me at ease. The facial was excellent and taken to level I had never experienced. I felt relieved of my stresses and relaxed beyond belief. I did not have to coach them at all as they went above and beyond anything I have ever received at even top notch hotel high dollar spas. I just laid back an felt like a Queen.

I will make sure and visit Marilyn Jaegar's salon-palace everytime I travel to SF. As a matter of fact I might just fly to SF to relive that day.

This is one of the nicest spas I've been to in a long time. The staff is outstanding and my pedicure couldn't be more beautiful. The atmosphere is so relaxing and you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door.

This is THE best place to get a regular or brazillian bikini wax. The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Amanda and Marilyn are the best waxers there - they both make you feel at ease (that is possible even when you are spread eagle w/no panties!) and laugh. The best thing: very fast and efficient even w/ my thick bush! appt's always on time.

When I was pregnant I went to Marilyn Jaeger for a pre-natal massage. The price was great for my first time being there. $90 for 90 minutes. The massage therapist was able to work out a lot of the kinks and soreness in my lower back since it was late into my pregnancy and she was very careful about how I was feeling lying on my side, etc. I totally recommend it if you want to relax and pamper yourself while you're pregnant.

I had my first Brazilian with Marilyn and I can understand why she comes so highly recommended. She's fast! I honestly don't think I could have had a more pleasant experience with waxing. I arrived even before they opened (my appointment was the first of the day) and she accomodated me right away. Her staff is just as wonderful as she.

MJ has a great reputaion and deservedly so. Everyone was friendly and helpful on all three of my visits. My waxings, mani/pedi and massage were all terrific (amazed at the speed and skill of the brazilian) and the atmosphere is soothing and somewhat elegant w/o being stuffy. Also, I thought parking might be a nightmare, but it wasn't bad at all. Definitely one of the BEST spas in the Bay Area.

All I can say is Marilyn Jager is the BEST! Not only do Marilyn and all of her employess make you feel at home the second you walk in the door, they are all at the top of their profession! Who would ever think that a Brazillian could be fun, but I swear Marilyn had me laughing so hard it made it (almost) painless. If you can't get an appointment you can stop by almost every Friday afternoon for Sangria Soiree where Marilyn takes walk-in's for Brazillians and brows. Just be sure to get there early to get a spot in line...hey, I told you she was good. If you still can't get in with Marilyn book an appintment with Nadia or Amanda. Both are amazing and are personally trained by Marilyn, as are all the employees. Marilyn Jager Skincare is simply the place to go!!

I've had mani/pedi's, brazilians, eyebrow waxes and a massage and all of my services have been great. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was fantastic...love all of the small touches throughout the place. I thought parking would be a nightmare but it's been pretty easy on each visit. I've visited many other big name spas but this one is tops. Treat yourself and make an appointment well in advance.

This place is wonderful. All of the women that work there are fabulous and helpful. Marilyn is an eyebrow goddess and a wham-bam-thank-you-maam brazilian/bikini waxer, which is great! Nadia and Liz give wonderful facials. The service is wonderful and they do not try to push products on you. Although the prices can run high, it is worth the money! I HIGHLY recommend Marilyn Jaeger Skin Care. Ignore any of the bad postings because they are simply not true!

The service and atmosphere at Marilyn Jaeger Skincare can't be beat. It's classy, cozy, and hip. They are experts at brows and brazilians, (i have been stopped on the street by people asking about my brows) and give the best facials ever (a hand, foot and neck massage are included!). I moved to New York City two years ago, and have not found anything that compares. I always make sure I book appointments for whenever I am in town.

I went to Marilyn Jaeger spa because its sound very regal. I enjoyed my massage it felt like heaven. And the3 manicure and pedicure was awesome as well , if your into bleeding cuticles and all.

My only real complaint was with my first brazillian. I knew it would be painful, and the girl who did it was nice but she left so much hair down there I had to ask her to wax me again. Don't get a wax unless marilyn is doing it.......

I can't bring myself to go anywhere else any more. This place is great; so caring and so pampering. In a down-to-earth feel like you're hanging with you friends kind of way.
