Hertz Rent A Car

I've now had three relatively long rentals from this store. Folks have been very courteous, helpful, once getting me a great deal when a reservation was lost. Better prices than Enterprise. Would recommend them highly.

This is not the best company ever, based on an experience I had not too long ago. The lady wanted to sell insurance to us (we were in Hawaii) so we called our insurance company and they said we were covered. So we got our car and then it turns out it was the wrong one (but it was cute, a Chevy Malibu) so instead the lady gives us a golden old car. It was dirty, scratched, etc. We complained to her and she gave us another silver car which wasn't any better so we complained to the manager who gave us the Chevy Malibu! This California Hertz is better though. They are a little more cooperative. And they have a nice selection of cars.
