They appear to have good PRESALE service but AWFUL AFTER SALES service, my order was delayed for two months from the date they promised, although they charged me on my order date. They don't follow up the orders after sales; my orders got pushed to a later date. I had to extend my construction permit due to their delay. No one called me when the products finally arrived at their warehouse; I had to call them again and again to find out when my order will arrive. They don't inspect the product before calling customer, when I went to pick up the product, it was either wrong finish or incomplete item, it took them 3 times to get the right finish for one of my order. I had to leave several messages to get a return phone call. Due to poor product quality, I had to return some items, however they don't credit to me for over two months, when they finally give me the credit, they didn??t credit all the items to me, I have to call them many times and even had to go to their store to ask for the full credit. Their paper work is so disorganized, several times they can??t even find my invoices?Instead of apologizing, they told me that I caused them too much trouble and even said ??Dam it!? This is unacceptable!!! I am their customer, how can they blame me for their mistake! This is the worst shopping experience in my life. I would never recommend anyone shop at their store.
