After taking a class at the Yoga Shakti Wellness Center, I was hoping to work out some kind of deal for my office for some discounted classes or even have them come to our office during our Health Expo week. They weren't interested at all, which dumbfounded me. I enjoyed their class but was disappointed by their attitude.

I started going to Yoga Shakti for pilates and then more recently have been going to yoga classes. The yoga classes are great. They offer a wide variety of class levels so you can choose the level that's best for you. Level 1 is appropriate for a beginner but also someone who has practiced a while and wants a less intense practice. The instructors are great. They focus more on making the practice work for you and not on pushing too hard. It's a warm friendly place.
