I used to go to Sushi Tomo every week when I worked nearby because the bento box was a great deal. The food is good, but not great.
The service is severely lacking. There was one day that aside from the waitress giving my friend something she definitely didn't order (she was given sushi and she was very obviously pregnant!), our water wasn't refilled once, and we were waiting so long to get our bill that we finally had to ask for it at the front. I got chased out the door by what I think was the manager asking why I gave such a low tip. I felt like I was being accosted! Aren't tips supposed to be discretionary? I'm normally a very generous tipper, but I'm not going to give someone something for nothing. I explained to him about the lack of service, but that was embarrassing! Ever since then I haven't gone back.

Always fresh and always the best. My favorite is the spicy tuna roll because of their unique style of tuna and spices, which is just the right flavor and texture (my mouth is watering).
I have Sushi Tomo once a week and sometimes more. You might say I'm a Tomo freak!

Sushi Tomo is a great place to get quality, fresh sushi for a cheap price. Easy and convenient to sit right down at the bar and have a quick and healthy lunch. We took our family of 5 and ate for under $50. Busier on Friday and Saturday nights.

A great small restaurant to take the whole family to for some delicious sushi. Wonderful, fresh fish served from the menu or on the floating boats. Lots of choices, fairly priced.

This restaurant offers a full Japanese sushi menu as well as regular dinner items. Our family has only sat at the sushi bar because we mostly go there for their sushi and my son likes the sushi boats. We give it a good rating because they offer many special sushi rolls that are not only decorative but delicious! The service can get very slow though during the dinner rush so it is best to try and go on an off night or during the less busy times. Usually when we eat there we are in a hurry to get somewhere so if you are willing to take your time then you may find the service just right! We also like their take-out options.

My family and I love Sushi Tomo. It is good, inexpensive sushi within walking distance of our home. The sashimi is fresh, we like to sit at the bar and watch the sushi boats. The beverage selection is good, and there is also an extensive menu if you don't want to eat at the bar. The service is good and they offer take out. It is a great place to take the family for casual dining.

Got taken their by friends and I dont like fish. Given that, the menu was very limited. Sushi is obviuosly their forte and went down well with the rest of the party but the Chicken Terriake wasn't much cop.

Really liked this restaurant. Read other reviews service was bad, think perhaps this is fair, but it shouldn't spoil your enjoyment of the Sushi. I only had the rolls which were wonderful.
PROS: Good sushi
CONS: Service could be better
