I treat your problem the same as if it was my own problem or family members problem.I look at things that could have caused the problem and tell you steps that might keep it or worse things from happening.For example I might ask you about future plans you have for your house such as remodeling or additions.This information might help me determine placement,pipe size and even help you decide whether to repair or replace a fixture.I also familiarize you with the basics of your plumbing systems,especially where your emergency shut offs for water and gas are located and how to operate them.Basically any helpful information i can offer even if it isn't directly plumbing related.I also realize your not trying to learn to be a plumber and that your time is valuable.So I try to be brief and thorough as possible.I even fix what you called me out for in the first place.

Without you I don't have an income to feed my family or pay my bills.And I am very greatful to you for that,because I realize you had to work hard just like i do to pay my bills to pay for your plumbing bill.During the years I've noticed there seems to be two ways to do this business.The first way is to do your work for a fair and reasonable price and do only what really needs to be done.The second way is to exagerate the problem and the scope of the work that needs to be done and charge thru the roof.The first way you have a happy customer who will call you everytime they have a problem and asks you for business cards to give to their friends.The second way is they get a fat check.But a customer who will only use them once and certainly won't refer them to their friends.These companies also have to do a lot of advertising to keep reeling them in.The first way benefits in more than just a business sense.It does help business though.I don't have to pay large advertising costs and I don't have people fantasizing about hiring a hit man to take care of me.I am also more than happy to sow my tax returns upon request.

We are a small shop. My name is Fraser Mills. I have been doing plumbing for over 30 yrs. I wish that meant I'd started when i was 5. But it doesn't, I'm in my fifties. I consider myself first and foremost a plumber, not a salesman/technician. That doesn't mean i don't keep up with the newest changes. I am service oriented. I've been in business 15 yrs and have no complaints against me. My goal is to keep you happy so i can have the trust and privilege of being your lifetime plumber. I spcialize in residential service and repair. Everything from drain cleaning or replacement, leaking pipes to copper re-pipes, garbage disposals, pressure regulators/relief vaves. Also faucet repair/replacement, toilets, knocking noises, water saving. Just about anything plumbing related including gas lines. There are several reviews of my company on insiderpages. com. Ive had Fraser from pacific star plumbing do a few plumbing jobs for me . His bids are lower than others. He does professional work . and I can say he is very honest..

I had needed Frasier to replace my whole entire kitchen sink. Not only was he a pleasant plumber,but he treated like the job was of utmost importance.

I have known Fraser to be a reliable plumber for many years. He did a complete copper re-pipe on the house I owned in Valley Village in 1994 and I never had problems for the 4 years I was there. In 1998, I had moved to my current home near Eagle Rock and had him do another complete copper re-pipe. I haven't had any plumbing problems since then. I would highly reccomend him for the quality of his work.

Fraser has done work for me in the past on a 6 unit apartment I owned. He knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. He has been in business for many years.

Pacific Start Plumbing is an extraordinary service. Reliable, on time, and EXTREMELY fair pricing, this company is truly a diamond in the valley. Mr. Fraser Mills is personable, honest, and extremely hard working. His prices are fair and discussed up front before starting the job. At my condo in the valley, Mr. Mills declined doing several jobs as these were not likely a problem with the plumbing; one of the competing services replaced a part and charged my wife $300, after which the problem was not solved. Mr. Mills also does excellent work in the context of industrial issues. I give Pacific Start Plumbing my highest possible recommendation. If there were a six star rating, I would give it.

Pacific Star Plumbing is a top rate plumbing service. This company was recommended by a friend and I have been very satisfied with the work they have done. I have called with a couple of emergencies and they have been quick to respond. I have had no issues with the repair work done and found their prices to be very fair. A very good plumbing company with top notch employees.

I was recommended to Pacific Star by my neighbor for our plumbing problems. They were very prompt in responding to our call, solved the problem quickly, and were patient in explaining how the problem occurred, what was needed to fix it, and the details of the bill. The one set back, was the receptionist taking our call. She was a bit abrupt & disorganized. We were very pleased with the plumbers and their work & would recommend them to others.
