The first thing you notice when you walk into Bill's place is the clean lobby, clean seats new magazines and a flat screen television. The staff is clean, professional and helpful. The work bay area is just as clean and everything is new. Testing equipment is up to date and it's obvious that the staff has been trained. I have been taking my vehicles to Bill for years. I have five vehicles and an RV. Work is done as promised and on time. I trust Bill's Quality Auto Care to do the right thing and I have not been let down. I have nothing but good things to say about this business.

Bill's Quality provides the absolute best service for automotive repair I have found. They are very thorough with their inspections including using my history to find out what was already done. They offer AAA discounts and a shuttle service - both of which I take complete advantage. Great people and excellent follow up to make sure my car is in tip top shape. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

They replaced an air conditioner blower, then it melted! Was charged for a brake job, brakes went bad again, found out brakes were never really done.
PROS: Nice people
CONS: These guys have the best scam going in town.

We took our car in for service and were very unhappy with the results. The work was not completed satisfactorily...my husband had to tighten numerous items on the car after we arrived home. The billing also had to be changed as they tried to charge us for services they didn't perform. We definitely won't be taking our car back to them.

I have been taking my cars to Bill's Quality for 10 years and have always been treated with respect and care. Being a woman, I was very cautious of where I would take my car. I was afraid of being talked down to and also of being taken advantage of. The guys at Bills communicate clearly what my cars needs are and recommend services that apply to my safety first and then to my cars health.
They have my business forever and I would highly recommend Bill's to anybody. They are pet friendly, too!!
