The 'rice cakes' that are the specialty here are actually not american rice cakes, they are asian style and have this great chewiness and fluffiness. There's a bit of a salty taste mixed in with the sweet, it's very interesting and actually good! The semi-translucent rice flour is the ingredient that makes it so chewy.
