Horrible- they didn't even open the back door of my truck & wash the inside windows or vaccum the trunk. And gave me attitude when I went back & asked them 2 do it.

This place is horrible. If you don't know better they will try to sell you all the expensive package that they offer. Customer service is terrible, never take responsibility for anything. Don't know how they stay in business.

I was a regular customer until my car was damaged during a wash by the employee who was drying it. Instead of having the company's insurance compensate me for the small amount of damage, the manager and owner's policy was to deny any responsibility and refuse to answer my phone calls. They went as far as scheduling a meeting with me and not showing up for it. I am being forced to initiate litigation against them.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! CRAPPY CAR WASH!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Asked for a regular wash - charged for more. Hounded to spend $100 when it was not needed. Owner was disrespectful. Vaccuum and wash would have been better if done myself. No receipt provided - even when asked. Worker was hostile.

There are two of these, one on Santa Monica near Westwood and one west of Sepulveda. I'm not thrilled with either of them. (There's a great little place on Pico and Beverly Glen, but I can't think of the name of it, not fancy but in my experience, they are twice as good at cleaning your car.)

Anyway, I was going to the one west of Sepulveda because it's convenient until they did something to get the passenger seat stuck all the way forward. No one would help me fix this, and I was struggling with it for quite some time. I finally went to get the manager. My car at the time was pretty much brand new and high end, but the seat isn't automatic.

The manager came out and told me how lousy my "expensive" car was made, that it wasn't their fault and told me to take the car to the dealer, except that I couldn't see around the passenger seat to drive. He was anything but nice.

One of the guys that works there finally managed to fix the seat for me, and it works now, but I got the message loud and clear. I won't go there ever again because if something goes wrong that is truly their fault, they will not take responsibility for the problem, and I will be up a creek without a paddle. No thank you.

Took my car to get it cleaned and wanted a place that was decently priced. The service was okay with the car put through a machine and afterwards they hand dry it for you. The location is a little hard to get to when you hit traffic time on Santa Monica. There were some stains that weren't taken off of my car, but overall the car was cleaned inside and out. There is also a slight wait if you go on weekends.

PROS: good price, good service
CONS:

Go here if you want a decent place to wash your car. The "special coupons" they have advertised everywhere says they give you a polish wax, but all that means is that they wipe your car down with some towels when your done. Also, when they vacuum, don't expect everything to be picked up. Overall, it was worth the $10 I paid for the car wash.

PROS: Cheap, Ok service
CONS: Not the best car wash

Good service and friendly staff. But the wonder of the place is in the utterly out of place and very unexpected gift shop! It's filled with the cool kinds of things you'd expect to find in a museum shop AND there's an aquarium!
