Great Local Secret

by Alon S. | insider Insider | Rank: 24,319

The place is always lively and the service prompt. The food comes quickly and the portions are big - prepare to take half home if you are watching the calories!

I am veggie and have no problem finding a variety. The food comes hot.

This might not be a great place for a date and it can sometimes be difficult to talk. Place is child-friendly.

We eat here often and the service is great. food is also great! They have the biggest super burrito you could ever see and im not kidding. If you are very hungry this is the dish to get. I also love the chips its deep fried tortillas and its kinda fattie but thats ok!!

Great Date Spot

by N R. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,089

Really yummy Mexican food with a huge selection of tasty and very reasonably priced food. I couldn't make up my mind! They have amazing margaritas (on the rocks) which I highly recommend.

Their chips and salsa (complimentary) are also to die for.

I recommend this place because you get a lot of food for your money.

PROS: Prices and easy street parking

Very, very good Mexican food

by Camille P. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 4,579

When you get a hankering for Mexican food, this is place to go. Juan's has the kind of Mexican food I remember from restaurants of childhood--slightly heavy, not too much cheese, well-spiced with complex flavors (though not too hot-spicy unless you want it). The portions are huge; often half orders are enough unless you plan on taking leftovers home. Try not to fill up on the chips before you get your food--they offer both flour and corn tortilla chips (yummy!) And be careful: the sangria is deceptively strong. Cash and credit accepted.

PROS: Parking easily available on-street
