2 Stars: Poor, poor, poor (by stevio_1)

The online photo service is diabolical! I mean, the automated message says the order is ready, but the store has no idea that there are pictures awaiting processing. 3 days later the pictures were still not ready because the CDs to transfer the pics from PC to machine were out of stock. No messages to inform me of the problem, just dumb email automation with no customer care foresight. I wasted gas, time and hot air when I talked to the manager on the phone. Somehow I she managed to hang up on me. Please - go to Walgreens next door to Rite Aid. They can't be any worse...

4 Stars: Typical drug store (by j h.)

Lots of selection, more than the Walgreens down the street. However, Walgreens has more 'deals' on certain items then here. Plenty of parking in back.

PROS: Parking, selection
CONS:

3 Stars: Really Disappointed (by JenBoyd_Citysearch)

I have used Rite Aid pharmacies in every city that I have lived. I'm used to fast, polite and efficient service. This Rite Aid delivers FAR less than that. Recently, my doctor called in a prescription for me. When I arrived to pick it up I was feeling extremely sick and after waiting in line for 30 minutes, the people at the pharmacy counter informed me (in a less than sympathetic manner) that they do not carry the medication I was prescribed and that I would have to "try across the street." Other Rite Aids that I have frequented would have called me to let me know this so that I could transfer it to the other pharmacy on the phone. Luckily, the pharmacy they pointed me to was very efficient and the technicians were very kind. I will be using them from now on.
