My wife and I have been taking our two dogs to Governor Animal Clinic for the past 2+ years. We came from a very bad experience with another vet that charged annual fees and made up problems with the dogs to be able to prescribe meds and charge fees unnecessarily. Governor Animal Clinic only charges for doctor's visits, and they even have shot clinics where you can come in and get up-to-date on your dog's shots without having to incur the doctor's fees. During visits, the doctors take the time to go over the list of possible ailments and solutions. They do not jump to conclusions too quickly and are very good at slowing down to get it done right the first time around. The front office staff are very warm, inviting, and patient. I would highly recommend Governor Animal Clinic to all those in the area.

I have 4 cats and a dog - so I have a lot of experience with veterinarians. The vets and the staff at Governor Animal Clinic are all wonderful. I had to go through a really rough experience with my dog who had bone cancer and feel that the veterinarian was someone I could really trust to help me do what was best for my dog - not what was best for their business. I've been to vets where that hasn't been the case... I am very thankful for their loving care of my pets.

As a college student, money isn't easy to come by. I had never had a dog before and the staff were very helpful and informative. Prices for shots were reasonable and I plan on getting my puppy spayed here as well. I am sure you will love it.

I love taking my cat here as they are very caring and very organized and on time. They seem to really care about all of the animals--the receptionits, nurses and doctors. It is clean. They are very through in their exams. And it is very close to where we live. They have a boarding kennal too.

PROS: Great exams
CONS: Expensive
