My Wife and I spent over 6 months going through different contractors for pools, we finally agreed on Sunset Pool & Spas as Bill seemed to show the most follow-through and genuinely seemed to be customer service orientated. What a sham, his idea of customer service is not being late to pick up his check from you! There was a complete lack of any cohesive coordination on his part what-so-ever, he rarely returned phone calls and when he did, he acted as though you were inconveniencing him at best. He continually repeated to leave it to him as: "He was the EXPERT". More like expert in deception and avoidance. I doubt that I would recommend this company to build an inflatable kids pool. You would think that when you spend this kind of money that you as the customer would be treated fairly and valued, I have had better treatment at 7-11 buying a $1.50 soda. If you choose to build with Sunset expect just that - "the Sun-setting as you pull your hair out in frustration as this so-called company completely ignores and forgets who the CUSTOMER is!"

We built our pool with Sunset Pools because Bill seemed like a honest, straight forward human. But that is a front. He doesn't follow through with the Warranty that Sunset Pools offers. Could go on and on with complaints. Subcontractors were good. Advice choose someone else even if higher price bid! Save yourself the trouble now

Bill was recommended by my insurance agent. From the first time I spoke to Bill until my problem was finally solved, he was very professional and nice. He took the time to talk to me and listen to me explain my problem (pool cracks which was causing noticeable water loss) and suggested several solutions. He explained things clearly and made sure I understood without making me feel like an idiot. Even though it was not his company that did the repairs, he referred me to a concrete company that took care of everything for a good price. Bill called me several times to follow up and make sure that things were going smoothly and I was happy with the work done. Good customer service is extremely important to me. Bill epitomizes what excellent customer service is. I highly recommend him!
