Went to several tiles stores around the west side and finally ended up at Discount Tile store, Very happy with there varity, price and service. Had to go back several times and each time got all my questions and answered. Needed some more crown and they worked extra hard to get it to me asap. Headed back now for my second project.

They are always trying to give you the best tiles the best deals they always make you feel at home. Beautiful tiles so much history between the brothers especially because their brothers. I also like the area and the store has bigger space then the one tile store across the street. I think that when i went there they treated me as family and I THINK EVERYBODY SHOULD GO THERE FOR YOUR TILES

Bell has been so wonderful to work with. She is always smiling, and very very helpful. I'm not good at making color choices and she has made it a lot easier.

We purchased all our tile for our kitchen and two bathrooms and other projects. Their selection is very good and their prices are also very good. They are very busy but I have always gotten good service. They have several customer service reps and they do speak English. They also speak Spanish. We have been happy with them.

Had a great experience. Bought almost all my tile for two bathrooms here after shopping all over Los Angeles. It's helpful if you go in there with a good idea of what you want. The showroom is crowded and busy and you have to sort thorough lots of boards to see what they have. But they have the best prices in town and great quality and they have everything. I received wonderful, prompt and courteous service too. I would highly recommend.

Honestly I THINK DISCOUNT TILE CENTER IS EXTRAORDINARY i give on a scale to 1 to 10 i give it a 9 they speak different languages including Spanish,English, and Farsi. They communicate with their co. workers so you can get what you are looking for. I WOULD RECCOMEND DISCOUNT TILE STORE

I bought tile from this merchant and was treated like I had dog poop on the bottom of my shoe. I went back again for another project and they wouldn't even make eye contact with me and didn't even ask me if I needed any help after cruising around their store for 30 minutes! I left the store and will find another tile company! Don't buy tile here!!! The people behind the counter don't want your business or money...too bad.

Not only do these people not care about their customers, they are also dishonest. Normally everyone gives a designer or contractor discount of !0 - 20% to licensed professionals. What this company does is inflate the retail price so that the designer actually pays retail and the retail customer pays retail+.

Bottom Line: You can do better.

Rudest people work here. I have never walked in here when there wasn't an argument happening between a client and an employee there. I myself have bought tile twice there and each time I've had to argue with them about the purchase and it has been an unpleasent experience. The prices are decent, but I would gladly pay more for basic customer service and I will never go back.

I have never seen such disregard bordering on disgust for the customer. We made the mistake of getting tile for our kitchen and thought we were willing to overlook a little neglect and curt handling from the sales staff in order to get a good price. In hindsight I would have gladly paid a little more for basic customer service. These people are awful to deal with, don't be a victim!!!

I did get a discount on the tile I purchased, but after several weeks of promising me a sample, it never came and I had to order it sight unseen. Perhaps that's to be expected when you save $3 per square foot! It turned out okay, but I probably wouldn't work with them again.

The major disappointment I had with them was over the countertop surface I wanted. They rep a quartz product I like and recommended an installer to give me a bid. They bid on the project and it came up to $100 per square foot. I called Discount Tile Center back and told them their installer's bid was more than twice the price quoted in the store for the raw material. They seemed unconcerned and said he was the only guy they could recommend.

I called the local number for the quartz countertop company and they gave me a couple of names to call. The fabricator / installer I chose was extremely professional and charged me about $60 per square foot for the exact same product, saving me about $1,700 over Discount Tile Center.

If you decide to shop there, I hope you have better results than I did. Best wishes!
