Best body shop I've been to. The owner and his crew were great in taking care of my car and me. The staff was terrific; they informed me before doing any work that was not discussed at the initial meeting. Throughout the entire process, I was extremely pleased to see how they are so responsible and sincerely taking a great care of my car! The finished job was flawless; you would never believe that I was in an accident. I will definitely do business there again and recommend them to anyone!

Thank you so much for a wonderful job! I am probably one of the pickiest customers and this shop was there to make sure I was happy about the way my car looked. My 2010 C-Class was hit on the rear driver side door in front of my house and I was obviously furious that the guy took off! But Fountain Valley Bodyworks was able to get my car back to looking as amazing as it did before. All of the people that work there were so nice and respectful they really eased all of my fears of "BODYSHOPS" Again, thank you for being there for me and I will definitely come back for any future problems I have with my car.

My son was using my wifes car to run an errand and upon returning he wasnt paying attention and ran into my car which happened to be parked on the street that day. I was not thrilled with my son and after much discussion he would use his money from work to pay me back for half of the damage. He was the one who said to take both cars to Fountain Valley Body Works because one of his friends had used them beforehand. Although frustrated with him, I decided that since he was paying for half he could decide where to take the cars. This was the best decision I have made because it allowed me to not only show my son how to take responsibility but he found an awesome body shop. Instead of this being a trying experience for my family it has turned into a wonderful learning experience; one that could not have happened if it werent for Fountain Valley Body Works. These guys do outstanding work and are the most professional body shop I have been too. I will continue to return to Fountain Valley Body Works whenever I need work done on any of my cars!

I had a lot of anxiety about taking my car to get work done because I wanted honesty, efficiency, and quality. I have to say that I was lucky enough to be completely satisfied and then some. Mike patiently talked me through numerous options for the various issues I had with my car and he was able not only to make my A4 look choice again, he saved me a ton of money. I was floored by the final cost. He even happily gave me a ride when I dropped it off. A week later, someone scratched it. I took it in and they merely buffed it out in a heartbeat at no cost to me.
The place looks professional and legit from the inside out, which makes sense because they are professionals. If you go here, your happiness will be priority number one. Thanks guys.

Mike you asked my to post a review so here I go. You quite honestly have the best repair shop I have ever been to. It doesn't even seem like a body shop. The estimators actually care and it seems like everyone you see at the facility actually cares about what they do. I am so used to going to repair shops that have no where near the caliber of both quality and service you provide at Fountain Valley Body Works. Oscar the estimator that handled my vehicle and claim with Geico got my car fixed and back to me sooner than I ever could have expected. It looks perfect.

I am picky, I have a black lexus, and there was not a scratch on it until somebody drove into my door. The paint was perfect and no orange peel after the repair. I spent more time trying to figure out how you got the paint looking so nice. My wife was even impressed because she knows how I am.

There you go I give it a 10 out of 10. Thanks Michael...and Oscar for handling my claim and making my repair go smooth. GOOD LUCK GUYS! I hope I don't need you too soon, but I know where to go.

I really had none of the issues the "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE" person posted. I took my 4Runner here after someone drove into my car. They fixed my car, and cleaned every bit of my car inside and out when they were done. My car was an absolute mess, and I was not expecting them to vacuum and clean everything up inside. I have 3 kids.

Great service, nice friendly staff.

The car did take one day longer than I was advised it would originally, and they did call me to tell me about the delay. Whenever I called to check on the status they were very informative. And to give them credit it was a $15,000 repair. A LOT OF WORK. My car drives like it did before the accident and you can't even tell they painted it. I can't complain about anything and I will definitely be sending people here.

I have had much worse experiences with Auto Repairs going other places. Thank you guys for getting my car back to me. GOOD JOB.

LIKE I SAID BELOW ON MY PREVIOUS POSTING, MIKE THE GM DID TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM I DONT DENY THAT AT ALL AND I THANK HIM FOR THAT. BUT WOW DID I HAVE TO GO THROUGH A LOT TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM IF YOU LOOK AT MY PIC U CAN SEE HOW BAD MY EXHAUST LOOKED UNTIL I COMPLAINED ENOUGH FOR MIKE TO HANDLE MY PROBLEM. THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK ARE VERY NICE AND SO IS MIKE HONRATH BUT THE SHOP GUYS AND ESTIMATORS ARE WHY I WOULDNT GO BACK TO FOUNTAIN VALLEY BODYWORKS AGAIN.

My experience at Fountain Valley Body Works was amazing. When I was in an accident two weeks ago I had no clue what to do or how the whole process worked. I was told about Fountain Valley Body Works by a friend of mine who had their car repaired by them a few months ago. When I brought my car to them it was a mess!!! I had no idea how to deal with the insurance company and was afraid of being taken advantage of. But the guys at Fountain Valley Body Works made the whole process easy. They were able to explain everything to me and really put me at ease through the whole process. When I picked up my car I couldn't believe my eyes my car looked better than it did before my accident!!! The friendliness and professionalism of this shop was more than i ever expected. Thank you Michael.

GENERAL MANAGER FOLLOW UP: Albert did have an issue with his exhaust system. When he shared his displeasure with us, I let him know that I would personally pick up his car at his wife's dental office down in Irvine. I determined the issue when I arrived at the vehicle and proceeded to take his vehicle to our muffler shop located in Costa Mesa. It was a minor repair and I was able to return the car back to his wife while she was still at work. Thanks Albert! We definitely hope you will think of us in the future. We appreciate you business very much.

Its so funny to see how as soon as i posted my review some one came back and posted a good review " I WONDER WHO DID THAT?" All i can say is do your homework and hope that you are happy with the work.

I recently bought a Honda Pilot and wanted some side steps installed. 1st I got a quote from the dealer and then got one from FV Body Works Express. To my surprise Michael quoted half less than the dealer! He even took care of a small scratch on my driver door as a courtesy! I'll be coming back here for years to come. Thanks.

I stopped in for a "Free Estimate" yesterday and was met with friendly staff at the new Express Fountain Valley Body Works. I'd had work done at the original location when our vehicle was rear-ended and had had a great experience way back then.

This time Michael, one of the owners, walked me out and gave me a options and a free estimate on a hit-n-run bump to the front of my car & bumper. Then to my amazement and joy, he offered to clean it up and put some touch up on it to save it from rust until I decide to make the minor repair. I was so happy. It was done in less than 10 minutes and he did it for free.

I won't plan to go anywhere else. Customer care was second to none and I felt like they really wanted to help.

Definitely recommended!!!

I RECENTLY HAD MY BMW REPAIRED AT FOUNTIAN VALLEY BODYWORKS. THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT COUNTER WERE HAPPY TO HELP ME AND MICHAEL, MY ESTIMATOR, CONTACTED ME THROUGH OUT THE REPAIRS. WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR IT WAS DETAILED INSIDE AND OUT. THEY EVEN LET ME LEAVE MY RENTAL WITH THEM BECAUSE I WAS PRESSED FOR TIME WHEN PICKING UP MY CAR. I WOULD USE THIS SHOP AGAIN FOR SURE.

They did decent body work on my car, yet the mechanical fixes were bogus! bent fins on my new oil cooler and pushpins missing to them denying that they did anything to it!. Process of contesting and fighting this issue. Huge pain for something i did not do, yet installs weren't done with care.

They told me the bent fins and all the other items not complete due to a 2nd incident that i had been into!!!!!!!!!!! BS! The car sat for 6 days when i was in Vegas, come back to take a better look and these items were not properly finished.

2 brackets holding my bumper on were flat black. They painted it silver now my front grill has silver mounting spots that are supposed to be all black matching the front end of the car. Oil cooler fins bent from installation. Missing pushpins on my car. All work incomplete were reported to mercury insurance and bodyshop itself. Somehow someway the bodyshop ends up being innocent for all improper work and i get notified it had to do with a 2nd incident that i was involved. Showing signs of unfaithfulness and good liars, they will def see the sign of loss of business. Referring people to this location was plenty of their business. Knowing how ruthless each service manager is and the denial that they feed you like they are telling the truth when they know for a FACT that they are feeding you false information. PLEASE, I live in the car industry and performance world of cars. They will try to feed you false information and take advantage of them thinking you have no idea about cars. You dont sound smart and correect to somebody who knows the ins and outs of the whole car. Local shops in the same area will agree this shop has poor mechanical techs. Bodywork was decent but that does not conclude this shop being a Tier 1 body shop. Especially with service writers who are going to quote me 3k for the damage of a minor front end dent, yet they still half ass the work...Despicable and unbelievable.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND TELL EVERYONE ONE YOU KNOW FOR YOUR SAKE!!!

Got into an accident a few weeks ago and took my car here (to the new express location) to get repaired. They did a fantastic job and were extremely thorough. They replaced my rear bumper and got rid of a small dent, all in less than two days. I worked directly with Michael March, the owner of the new express location. I was very impressed with his professionalism and willingness to take time out of his schedule to deal with my repair. Highly recommended!!

Best customer Service! They did exactly what they said they would. They were very professional. They were fast and did a fantastic job on my car! They even picked me up when my car was ready! I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. And the manager is very easy on the eyes :)

Someone recently ran a stop sign and side swiped my 4runner. I took it to several body shops for estimates, and Fountain Valley Body Works was the most competitive. They repaired my car when they said they would, and I couldn't even tell it had been wrecked. I would recommend this body shop to anyone.

Too many negative things to write about - wish I had the same experience as the other reviews. Do not bring your car here. I went to the Express location and maybe that is why. Stay away from Ray. They had my car for 2 days and it was supposed to be ready today at 5 pm. I arrive, and Ray says, oh, thought we had your car until tomorrow. It's not ready, it will be awhile. Not good. The paint job looks awful; the orange peel effect is visible and needs to be buffed; they forgot a service I paid for - and he has the gall to ask me to bring it back the following day 'it will only take 15 min.' - a sloppy job on the detail....I could go on and on. Needless to say, I would not recommend them. Go elsewhere.

This is the one of the finest shops I have been too, and I have been in a few accidents in my day. They did an exceptional job on my car. I got side swiped at an intersection the car drove but, it had some pull to the right. So I brought my car into Fountain Valley Bodyworks, I got to talk to Mike the general manager. He was very caring and really made sure I was happy and did many things above the call of duty I felt like. He kept in great touch with me and call during every step of the way to inform me of how my car was doing. So I got me car back all sparkly clean and detail, and man it look great. It was cleaner exiting the shop then it was entering. When I went over the car with Mike, I could not even find where the damage was the car looked even better then new and the car drives even better then when I bought it off the lot. I'm not sure what they did there but man I won?t let anyone else touch my car. I refer all my friends and family there and every one of them has been so grateful that I had and thank me every day. I won?t dare let any other body shop touch my car after been pampered at Fountain Valley Bodyworks!!
