I really like Hollywood Video. A lot better than BlockBuster Video. Their customer service is extremely better. If you have a late fee, they don't send you letters and report you to credit agencies like other video stores that I won't name. Game Crazy is also a superb feature of Hollywood Video. Even though Blockbuster has more locations and is trying to buy out Hollywood, I still think Hollywood is way better and I wouldn't buy/rent from another store.
