Panda Inn inside of the Vons shopping center is a great place to get a chinese lunch at a super price. 12:00 is the best time to go, cause all the dishes are made fresh and hot at that time for the lunch crowd.

PROS: Not always busy
CONS: limited food at night

I feel bad saying this but the food is absolutely disgusting! I really don't recommend this place. I will never buy anything for this restaurant ever again. The chowmein had no taste and they mostly serve you veggies. Another thing is that they don't serve you a good amount of food. Stay away if you can!

CONS: decent prices

I dont know why they serve such crappy chinese food but they have some of the worst chinese food i ever tasted. I would recommend any other little independent chinese food places over this. This place has the title of chinese food but its more like american chinese food not actual chinese food. If you want real good chinese food then dont go here because you won't find it here. Four thumbs down!!!!
