Cozymel's Mexican Grill

Cozymel's in El Segundo has a great bar and excellent service. They serve the BEST mojitos. The ambience is nice and decorative. The service was fast. I especially loved the shrimp cocktail appetizer that was served in a cocktail glass with garnishes. I will definitely go there again and again. This spot is great if you want to go to the bar with friends or intimate dinner.

My co-workers and I have made this our weekly Wednesday watering hole, immediately after 9 holes of golf at The Lakes (around the corner on Sepulveda). We kick the night off with a round of Cadillac margaritas, which never disappoint. They serve them in huge blue glasses and they never skimp on the liquor. We tend to get fairly boisterous as the night progresses but the management never gives us any problems. The food is great as well, with plenty of options on the menu. The chips are weak but the salsa isn't bad. Overall, a great hangout in the notorious LAX "dead zone"!

The food here is simply exquisite! If you're one of those who are obssessed with "authentic", please go to Mexico and leave the rest of us alone. This is Mexican "style" cusine with a creative flair like no other. The finest cuts of meat, lean pork and chicken, the freshest seafood, all await you. The salad dressings alone are brilliant! The service was akin to what you'd find at a restaurant charging $32.00 for an entree, and the two of us got out of there for under twenty bucks!

Cozymel's is amazing. Their fajitas is state of the art. I introduced this place to my friends and they all fell in love with it. It is now a tradition for us to go there at least once a month!

I love Cozymel's coastal Mexican. It is forty miles from our house, and we make the drive t least once a month. The ambiance is nothing to write home about, but the margaritas are! So are the tacos, flautas, and the fiesta salad, not to mention the outstanding salsa and yukon rice. Its worth the trek from the Valley!
