Halloween Club

This year I decided i want to be an idian for halloween...
I had driven by there several times and decided to go i found so i though was the cutest indian costume! but to my dismay there were NO dressing rooms therefore i asked about the return policy and was told i could return as long as i didnt use it and it was within 7 days of the date of purchase!

bought the costume ,got home, tried it on and Hated it !!!! It was super wrinkled ,smelled and looked like it had a rip in it and someone tried to fix it. so i called talked to the manger about coming in just to exchange it and she said it was fine.

Needless to say i went 2 days after i bought it same lady and evrything and she told me she hadnt talked to me ... then has a bunch of people look at the costume and turn it inside out then she tells me she wont exchange it because i ripped it and sowed it back up then we argued back and forth till finally my boyfriend said he wasnt leaving without calling the cops and making a report
she finally caved and let me exchange it

then when i picked out another costume when i opened it infront of her that one was also used !!!!

DONT GO THERE !!!

I have been going there for years and always find what i want.employees are always helpful.its mostly the customers who are rude and the reason it gets messy is because the customers throw the stuff on the floor and open the package and make a mess.i will defenetly go back next year.

I stopped by intending to just browse, I bought over $100 in costumes after the supervisor suggested some great costumes. She had other employees help my kids try on their costumes instead of just standing around talking. Great job !!!!

It is way over priced, you can go online or even Party City and find costumes at least $20 cheaper. Also they will not let you treturn anything electrical wither it was defective when you bought it or not. They are very convienent but, if you look around online or at other places you can find better deals. As well as places that are willing to return items that are defective.

try-ed to find a costume went to go browse found the same costume at party city for about $20.00 less. they try to fool you by putting to price's the top one Say's our list price always about $10.00 moor and the bottom one says discounted price witch I have to say it was 42.99 very expensive people you could find the same costumes same brand same maker same packaging no difference just a lot higher price. save save save just look around your paying a lot lot lot moor in that store

I go to this store every year for my costume and I find it funny that the manager/supervisor is mentined more than once here.
I also had a pleseant experience with a very nice and eager to help supervisoer. Didn;t get her name but I bought everything I needed for my costume thanks to her.

I read the reviews prior to arrival. To my surprise the employees were very helpful getting what I needed. The selection is great.
One supervisor was incredibly helpful, Maryann, thanks for making the trip worth it!!

I drove for 2 hours and it was so worth it, great costumes anything you possibly find is there. The Manager was so helpful she's great! employee's were so helpful I would drive back next year.Yvette in Oxnard

I purchased the Astronaut custom for my son's project. Open it and blow up the back pack. It look like crab so we decided to return it 2 days later. The minutes I walked in there. The manager was very rude accuse me of using the item. Which is made me so mad. My son's project won't be due until next Wednesday. There is no way we had used that stupid thing. And also accused me of not wanting to spent the money because my husband and I been there twice.What is that got to do with anything? We can go there as many times as we wanted. Besides the item was still brand new. It is white color so if my 8 years old had used that It would have been dirty. I would not shop there again. They will not let me exchange it. I don't think it is fair.

Halloween club is pricey, overly pricey, most items can be found online for less. They have nothing different or unique that you can not find else where. The store is huge, messy, costumes and props all over the floor, and many items did not have a price tag. The sales people were rude and the cashiers were slow and inept. I purchased an item marked 14 on the front 22 on the back and they argued about what price was right rather then giving me the lesser of the two. I was very unimpressed with the whole experience and will not go back there. Search for you Halloween items else where.

The Halloween Club is a very cool place to be, it afforadable and the people are great. It is very busy around halloween time then, so you should always prepare ahead of time.

At Holloween Club you can find the perfect costume for halloween. You will find lots of great costumes here. I also like the accessories they have, I like the variety of wings. The employees were really helpful in finding what I needed. The prices here are from average to kinda pricey.

This is a great place to get anything Halloween related. They have costumes, wigs, hats, makeup, decorations, and a big prop section.

The sales people were especially helpful in showing me what items I need for special effects makeup and what items that I really don't need even though the packaging says that I should get it. And they were right. It saved me a bundle of money.

And that's where I also find one con, the prices aren't as cheap as I'd hope they were. Especially since the costume is only going to be worn for one night. What I recommend is supplementing your own wardrobe with their great selection of props and accessories.
