They lie just to get your money and will not give it back no matter WHAT! They even stole a family antique diamond I brought them to set and replaced it with another flawed diamond thinking I wouldnt notice! The Jewelry Exchange - now in Redwood City - has poor quality jewelry... that's why it is cheap. I've bought items there only to have them break soon after my purchase. They also have a NO REFUND policy. Now what kind of company will not offer a refund? Only a company that thrives on the stupidity of their customers. The Jewelry Exchange continually searches for new customers - luring them in with their misleading TV ads. Go anywhere else... this place is a total rip-off. And by the way... read the "good" reviews of the Jewelry Exchange... they sound as if they have been written by an employee, not a customer! They made their business sound extremely good as they were the jewelry experts. When I got there, I was a little dissappointed because they were kind of pushy and were not too helpful.
