1 Stars: Do not step foot in this place you WILL be ripped off! (by Melissa P.)

This whole company across the country is a rip-off. They lie just to get your money and will not give it back no matter WHAT!
They even stole a family antique diamond I brought them to set and replaced it with another flawed diamond thinking I wouldnt notice! There was absolutely nothing I could do about it, and they stole my money AND my diamond.

1 Stars: DO NOT SHOP THERE (by douglas t.)

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The Jewelry Exchange - now in Redwood City - has poor quality jewelry... that's why it is cheap. I've bought items there only to have them break soon after my purchase. They also have a NO REFUND policy. Now what kind of company will not offer a refund? Only a company that thrives on the stupidity of their customers. The Jewelry Exchange continually searches for new customers - luring them in with their misleading TV ads. Go anywhere else... this place is a total rip-off. And by the way... read the "good" reviews of the Jewelry Exchange... they sound as if they have been written by an employee, not a customer!

4 Stars: looking for that proposal ring? (by Michael C.)

my friend needed a proposal ring, so we went to the Jewelry Exchange in Burlingame, boy we were surprised by their helpful service and super low-price deal. not only my friend bought a fabulous princess-cut diamond ring under his original budget, he even got a bigger stone for the price he paid for. definitely pay The Jewelry Exchange a visit, you will be surprised for their low price and jewelry selection.

PROS: good deals, good prices
CONS:
