I have been going to Crew for years. I have curly hair and it's hard to find a salon that knows how to cut it so it doesn't look like a poodle or a "mom" style.

I've been super disappointed with the service at Crew Salon twice now. The first time I went in to get a young trendy hair style which I explained to my stylist and ended up getting a soccer mom hair cut. I could have gone to super cuts to get that style.
Then I decided I would give it a second chance and made an appointment to get a 1930's vintage hairdo for a themed event I was attending. I made an appointment over a week in advance and specifically told them what I wanted done. The girl at the front desk seemed like she understood what i wanted and set up an appointment for me with a stylist. I received a phone call 1 hour before my appointment only to let me know that the person i had been scheduled with did not do vintage hair styles and the person that was familiar with that style was completely booked. I ended up having to call around for a new place 2 hours before my event and found an excellent place that I'm happy with now.
I would not recommend this place to any of my friends. :{
