I was shocked to read all these poor reviews. My husband and I shop there regularly and have only ever experienced friendly and helpful customer service. It's loads better than the other bike shops in Anaheim and it is a clean and comfortable shop with a good layout and variety of bikes

My experience was great! I was greeted when I walked in, and the owner Mike showed me all kinds of bikes and answered all my biking questions- I am new to road biking. He fitted me for free, and fixed my bike after I crashed, for free! Their prices are competitive, and I got a good deal on a carbon framed road bike that was on sale. I would definitely recommend them. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and don't try to make sales by telling you that you need certain parts on your bike when you don't. Thanks Mike! :0)

If you have a typical modern bike they do good work, but if you have something out of the ordinary or very old, go to a shop that has a grey beard behind the counter.

I went in with a Vitus Alan frame from the early 80"'s for a bottom bracket repair, and the new owner did not know that the these bikes had a different thread pitch than most modern bikes. He installed a new BB but in the process forced the threads and destroyed the BB shell which is now a twisted mess.

The original owner died and the new owner is a kind hearted soul, but does not have the experience especially with oddball or strange bikes. I suspect he needs to spend a bit of time on Sheldon Brown's website. (R.I.P Sheldon. You are missed)

I took my BMX sidehack little jon bike there (a bike with a sidecar). They obviously knew nothing about the bike. Guy asked me if he could flip my bike over onto the handle bars to work on it. He probably asumed this was some cheep garage built bike. I paid $1200 for the bike and $400 more in upgrades. $1400 bike. You dont treat a bike that expensive like that. The manager of the shop was leaning up against my bike resting his weight on the side frame as he chatted up with another customer using it as a seat. After the bike was done being worked on i waited another 20 minutes to pay because the manager was talking on the phone and couldnt ring me up. Whatever, i took my bike to the beach for a day-long ride of many many miles, only to realize that the mechanic had overtightened my chain so much my bearings had over heated and i had to push the bike back to the vehicle and now i have to rebuild the hub and replace the also worn chain. I paid $140 for a dis-service and to damage my bike. Dont go there.

Great shop with knowledgable staff. They don't try to intimidate like other bike shops and really want to help you get what you want. Spend some time with Mike the owner as well. He is a great guy.

It's so refreshing to walk into a store and be greeted by knowledgeable friendly people who know exactly what they are doing. They paired me up with a great bike.

Good quality work on road, mountain, and bmx bikes. They have a long history in bike sales and service. They can service all makes and models. Not the best prices but you get what you pay for. They are very thorough and complete your service in a timely matter. They also sell an extensive amount of bikes and are always willing to offer up advice on the best quality equipment. Staff is very knowledgable about biking and best places locally to bike.
