Chi Chi's Pizza in Northridge ruined my birthday. I was so pleased to find a coupon for a buy one get one free e-mailed to me. When i went to redeem it and get my birthday gift, I was treated like a thief. I was asked for Id. and told since my birthday was a week ago, the coupon was no good. If the idiot could read English he would of known it was good for thirty days after my birthday. I had to yank it from his grip as I told him to forget it! Northridge Chi Chi's has terrible management. I assume they sent me the Coupon because I am a returning customer. Maybe they should tell their workers to treat people with trust instead of automatic suspicion.

The service isn't the best, but the food is great. The pasta is made fresh. Both the regular and whole wheat pasta are delicious. They offer a complete dinner that is a good deal.

ChiChi's is a great little place just opposite the northridge mall. The restaurant is not too big and it does tend to get busy on weekends but the food is fresh and tastes very good. The staff is always friendly. the best thing is they offer never ending pasta dishes so go hungry!!

Pizza and pasta are always great and tasty. The kids love the pasta and breadsticks, and the staff are always friendly and courteous. We go almost once a month. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is like an old world italian restaurant.

the whole wheat rigitoni with meat sauce is outstanding! everyone needs to try some...
