Best Massage Ever!  5 Star Rating - World class

I had a remarkable hour and a half of the spa's signature massage (Jade Stone) with Frank who is an extraordinary therapist. I was blown away! It was both relaxing and therapeutic--the relief to my sore muscles was both immediate and long lasting. I have had countless treatments worldwide--but, Frank's amalgam of techniques to include 'myofacial' was top-notch and nonpareil. This place is "Quality" all the way--with individual attention and customized treatments. And don't forget to follow your massage with an aromatic bath that will make you think you've died and gone to heaven. The only negative--it could be addictive!

BEST SERVICE IN ANY SPA EVER!  5 Star Rating - World class

I've been to several spas in Los Angeles and they are usually full of snoots. Le Petite Retreat is definetly by far the best service all the way around. The Jade Stone massage was excellent and the RegenisCell Facial was amazing. All the staff from the receptionist to the therapist were very professional and engaging. I would highly recommend this place. I even saw a A list celeb there (but I won't say who, because I know they appreciate their privacy) enjoying a little R & R. Definetly, a place to chill out.

Not bad after all  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I was very unhappy with the customer service I received a weeks ago - it turned out that it was not the owner who I have spoken to - It was a temp they've hired to cover the spa while the owners were away. Lysa, the owner called me back today and sincerely apologized for the treatment I received. She was willing to give me an upgrade of treatment to the gift certificate I had tried to cancel. I appreciated her call and it made me feel better about the whole experience. Now I will actually get a chance to experience the service they provide and really looking forward to that.

**this is an updated review since my previous experience with the spa. I wanted to change the rating from unsatisfactory to satisfactory but was unable to**

Do Not Buy Gift Certificates from Le Petite Retreat  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I have tried to use my gift certificate on numerous occasions and they are always busy. I can't comment on how good the treatments are because I can't ever get in. The last time I called to schedule an appointment, I asked if I could split my gift certificate with my husband so that we could each get a treatment and was rudely answered, "No." If you're going to buy a gift certificate for someone from this spa, beware. If they have a very flexible schedule and like to plan way ahead then it could be great, but if they're like most people and don't plan weeks in advance, they will have a problem.

OUTSTANDING AMBIENCE AND SUPREME RELAXATION!  5 Star Rating - World class

I had a tough work day and needed to relieve the stress a bit. I hadn't been to a spa in years, and decided why not spoil myself for once? Boy did I make the right decision! This is by far the nicest day spa I've ever visited. The interior reminds you of a hidden nook you've only seen in movies. And the facials are to die for! A deep tissue massage I selected was EXACTLY what the doctor ordered and all was topped off with a deluxe steam bath which practically opens the gates of heaven. Highly recommended-especially if you need to wash away the stress of your day.

PROS: ALL-AROUND PROFESSIONALISM, SERVICE & PRODUCT. A+

Its ok  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

I went here when I couldnt get to my normal day spa , I would just say that they are ok, but I have purchased several gift certificates for friends, family members, and co- workers, tey all love it, maybe im just used to my normal spa, and the prices are a little but high not to high though, I would reccomend it, its worth a try and its not a waste of money, its just a little out of the way for me, they also have a website that you can purchase grea products for home.

PROS: website

Great Lashes over and over again! 5 Star Rating - World class

Hi, I've been coming here for several years and LOVE the quality of my lashes. The best in Los Angeles. All the editorial reviews from the beauty mags is right on! Always on time. I read the negative review below, sounds like "whatever" to me. The fact is this place is KNOWN for quality and that is exactly what you get. Best customer service in any Los Angeles spa I've ever experienced. Thanks LPR you're the best!

Pros: Great Service & Quality of treatments - Lashes last over 6 weeks!

Enjoyed My Experience At Le Petite! 5 Star Rating - World class

This spa takes the cake! What a splendid experience my group had. Ten of us were all pleased with this experience. Five Jade Stone massages, 3 RegenisCell facials, 2 lash extensions. Each one of us came out a new person. We eached purchased a gift certificate for a friend to share our experience. All the treatments were first rate. Try this place out - it will melt your stress away!

Best getaway for a workday! 5 Star Rating - World class

What a day at the day spa! I wanted to get away in the middle of my work week, it's been so busy and full of stress. I wanted to take a moment to myself , a getaway. I did. I booked a massage for myself on a lunch break ( long lunch) and it was heaven. The staff at Le Petite Retreat were amazing, what nice people. They made me feel so comoforted . I was worried about being "seen", but they assured me the way they pull back the covers, they can't "see" anything. I was at peace the whole time, what HEAVEN in the middle of the day! I am going to play hookie again for sure. It's the way to go.
Thank you day spa!

Kerin.

Pros: Everything was great
Cons: wish I could do it everyday

Great Hot Stone Massage 4 Star Rating - Very good

I went as a treat for my birthday. I had the Jade hot/cold stone massage, body scrub and herb bath. The 90 minute jade stone massage was pure heaven. I was a little concerned when they said they were going to use stones that had been in ice water but it was a great complement to the hot stones. The body scrub was great and my skin felt very soft after. The bath could have been skipped but it was part of the package. Also you don't get to pick what order your services are in and I would have perfered the body scrub before the massage but it won't stop me from going back. The spa is very nice and they provide a nice locker area with soap, shampoo and dryers, no need for you to bring anything extra. If you can't afford one of the package treatments, then save your money and go for the jade hot/code stone massage, it's worth every cent!

Pros: great stone massage
Cons: not able to select your service in the order you would like
