I went there together with my husband and we really had a great moment with their hands. Such a very perfect and clean environment and we really had a very relaxing moment. Their therapist are so friendly too and we even had a good talk with them. We will visit there again after our busy schedule with our business.
Love the couples massage with warm stone deep pressure, it was great. Vlad was awesome, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.
Their Swedish deep combo is the best because they go deep where I needed it the most but yet I got to enjoy a Swedish relaxation massage.
Le Petite Retreat Day Spa is a warm, cozy environment. The lounge area is so relaxing and comfortable and their therapist was amazing.
Wonderful spa. Can't get enough of it. From the massages to facials, everything is wonderful! I really love the atmosphere here. I recommend Le Petite Retreat to anyone and everyone.
My wife looks good after many visits of this place. Plus a great mood every time she returns home. Nice.
WONDERFUL! Amazing massage experience. My back hurt and Mike melted it away. My body feels rejuvenated.
I always visit Le Petite all the time and always come back for more. There staff is very friendly and knowgeable which is great help to me. The sauna is very nice. This place is beyond superb.
Very informative, soothing massage I must say the people were so attentive to our needs and made this a very special day for us!
Oh. My. God. This spa is the greatest EVER. I constantly suffer from menstrual cramps and body pain, but the massage therapists were able to relieve the tension in my arms and hips! Two thumbs up! I'll certainly be going back.
I've never liked hot stone massages but this was fantastic! The swedish shokes along with the strong but soft touch of the masseare, Eric , was perfect!

Coming back for more and more and more and more..... I fell in love as soon as I pulled up very relaxing music playing before you walk in great customer service and excellent prices with great therapist.
I've been to lots of places where I've gotten my lashes done and they never last. I tried Le Petite and still have my lashes after 5 weeks! They really educate you about how to keep them on and the lashes really stay on. Very happy and have another appointment schedule in a few more weeks. You'll be very pleased.
I had a remarkable hour and a half of the spa's signature massage (Jade Stone) with Frank who is an extraordinary therapist. I was blown away! It was both relaxing and therapeutic--the relief to my sore muscles was both immediate and long lasting. I have had countless treatments worldwide--but, Frank's amalgam of techniques to include 'myofacial' was top-notch and nonpareil. This place is "Quality" all the way--with individual attention and customized treatments. And don't forget to follow your massage with an aromatic bath that will make you think you've died and gone to heaven. The only negative--it could be addictive!
I've been to several spas in Los Angeles and they are usually full of snoots. Le Petite Retreat is definetly by far the best service all the way around. The Jade Stone massage was excellent and the RegenisCell Facial was amazing. All the staff from the receptionist to the therapist were very professional and engaging. I would highly recommend this place. I even saw a A list celeb there (but I won't say who, because I know they appreciate their privacy) enjoying a little R & R. Definetly, a place to chill out.
I have tried to use my gift certificate on numerous occasions and they are always busy. I can't comment on how good the treatments are because I can't ever get in. The last time I called to schedule an appointment, I asked if I could split my gift certificate with my husband so that we could each get a treatment and was rudely answered, "No." If you're going to buy a gift certificate for someone from this spa, beware. If they have a very flexible schedule and like to plan way ahead then it could be great, but if they're like most people and don't plan weeks in advance, they will have a problem.
I was very unhappy with the customer service I received a weeks ago - it turned out that it was not the owner who I have spoken to - It was a temp they've hired to cover the spa while the owners were away. Lysa, the owner called me back today and sincerely apologized for the treatment I received. She was willing to give me an upgrade of treatment to the gift certificate I had tried to cancel. I appreciated her call and it made me feel better about the whole experience. Now I will actually get a chance to experience the service they provide and really looking forward to that.
**this is an updated review since my previous experience with the spa. I wanted to change the rating from unsatisfactory to satisfactory but was unable to**
I had a tough work day and needed to relieve the stress a bit. I hadn't been to a spa in years, and decided why not spoil myself for once? Boy did I make the right decision! This is by far the nicest day spa I've ever visited. The interior reminds you of a hidden nook you've only seen in movies. And the facials are to die for! A deep tissue massage I selected was EXACTLY what the doctor ordered and all was topped off with a deluxe steam bath which practically opens the gates of heaven. Highly recommended-especially if you need to wash away the stress of your day.

We've travelled around the world--this is the best spa in LA! We had a great experience with our Couples Jade Stone Massages in their outdoor cabana, plus, a private Champagne Bath For two in the coppertub. Five Stars!!
