Home Depot

Like any other retail store, it has it's average associates and associates that go above and beyond. Every one of my visits to this Home Depot have been very pleasant, as far as customer service and product availability. I'm very happy with this store.

I believe the "Doctors' " review before me was completely uncalled for when mentioning the killed assistant manager. He wasn't killed by a customer; but by a thief, a criminal, a murderer, who threatened him with a gun to have him open the safe. It's unfair to him, to his family and to his co-workers to mention his death this way, even worse to mention it as a result of "poor customer service". May Mr. Egan rest in peace.

Very unfriendly service even when speaking to the manager. No wonder a customer shot a night shift manager a year ago. I recommend anyone thinking of going this store to try out Lowe's down the street from them with better service....

It is a big place, lots to see and choose from. The help is ok. I find it hard to locate things in this store for some reason.

Setup seems a little strange.

Garden Department is nice.

This place is constantly busy because of it's location (in the middle of Irvine suburb). The place gets so crowded sometimes that it's hard to get help from customer service reps. Once you get use to the layout, the place is very easy to navigate.

Like most Home Depots, they have a large selection of items for home improvment. However, the layout of this store is very confusing and it is easy to wander around for much longer than you should to find your itme. They do have the self-checkout feature which is very useful. Stock typically seems to run low in many of the items that I look for (electrical, lighting, plumbing supplies)
