Precision Tune on Midway Goes Above & Beyond

Time to get the vehicle smogged and it had a problem passing because of the computer interface with the smog check machine. Precision was able to diagnose and repair the problem, which was expected - but they went even further. When the Smog Check Technician (at another facility) still couldn't successfully interface the repaired vehicle and the smog check machine, the Precision Repairman came to the rescue. Via telephone, Precision guided the Smog Check Technician in the necessary procedures to support getting the required DMV printout for my vehicle for registration. Thank you for going the extra mile!
