I've made the Cotati Creek Cafe my usual stop on my Sunday morning bicycle rides for their delicious breakfast sandwiches , comprised of fresh and savory, ham on egg on toast on cheese perfection. They also serve the freshest in-house made muffins and crepes throughout the the day.
A family run business serving organic coffees and espressos, they do the soul well(and the belly).

Nestled into the corner storefront in the small commercial strip on Old Redwood Highway recently developed by Frogsong Co-Housing community, the cafe really is right next to Cotati Creek and close to trails where you can bike, stroll or walk your dog to your heart's content. But the location isn't really what makes Cotati Creek Cafe so special. It's the cafe's owner/proprietor Marilyn Martinez. Before she opened the cafe she had a vision of creating a welcoming sort of place that fosters community that also serves up delicious food (made with high quality, fresh ingredients) and drink. In less than two years, she's made that vision a reality. Whether you're just popping in for perhaps a latte and a muffin (homemade right at the cafe muffin, I might add) to go on a busy weekday morning, or you're dining on her panini that's so good some folks can't go more than a day or two without it, Marilyn has a genuine smile for you and is interested in who you are, what you're about. (Don't worry, she's not intrusive.) for many, Cotati Creek Cafe is a sort of home away from home. Now that's what I'd call a success!
