My child has been involved with the SPNS program for 3 years now and we have been having the most wonderful and memorable preschool experience. SPNS is a co-op preschool and the staff and families have created a very safe and secure home away from home for the children to grow and learn.

The staff is very knowledgeable, supportive and caring. They sincerely care about each and every child and strive to ensure your child has the best possible preschool experience.

The environment is warm and welcoming. The moment you walk in you're greeted by smiling faces and a cheery greeting from the Teacher. Indoors there are plenty of interactive stations to engage all the senses. Outdoors there are a variety of fine and gross motor activities for all interests.

The academic program is developmentally appropriate, engaging and diverse to accomodate various skill levels and learning styles. Every single activity is carefully planned prior to being scheduled on the curriculum. Such attention to detail and thoughfulness is standard at SPNS.

We have a younger child that will definitely attend SPNS in the future.. We feel so fortunate to have found such a fantastic school and highly recommend SPNS.

My daughter started in the Wiggle Worms class when she was about 20 months old and is now in the pre-K class. She and I have loved the program, from the tactile exploration of shaving cream when she was 2, one of the many hands-on learning experiences at the exploration tables, to discovering the monarch butterflies in the pre-K class field trip to Natural Bridges in Santa Cruz, one of the many fabulous monthly field trips. She has loved every teacher she has had, and I believe that it is this close, caring individual attention that she has received that has facilitated her learning and growth. I have been consistently impressed by the caring attention of the other parents in the program, who readily lend a supportive hand to my daughter and to myself. The cozy feel of the playroom opens seamlessly into the backyard and area for art, science and kitchen activities; the aesthetics of the whole school engages the imagination of a young toddler. I feel grateful that her first learning experience has been here and would highly recommend this program!

We have just completed another year at Saratoga Parent Nursery School. What a wonderful experience it has been for both my child and myself. The school is clean, well-kept, and lovely (you should see the backyard)! The teachers are so loving and warm and the program itself is well-balanced and nurturing. I'm so glad we found this school and I would and do recommend it to anyone with a young child.
