Morton's The Steakhouse

I love this place. My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary and it was wonderful. The waiter comes out with a "visual menu" which i thought was very neat. Food was excellent! I had the pan seared tuna. It is pricey but well worth it. They even took our picture and put in in a little mortons frame and wrote happy aniversary!! Very cute!

you would think since your paying so much u can wear a hat when u eat. NOT THE CASE!!! steak is steak and it is pretty hard to mess that up. Good service tho!

If you are looking for a great steak in SF than you really need to include Mortons on your list of restaurants to got to. I found the service to be very good and the wait staff to be very friendly and really attentive. We take clients to Mortons to cap off their stay in SF I have taken international clients as well as domestic clients and to a person no one has ever been disappointed with the services or food. My favorite is the porterhouse it is large and really done well. The location is also very good, its down town so there is no problem to get a cab or if you are diving you can park in one of the lots near by. Being downtown you are in the middle of the action so after your meal you can walk over to see a show or just stroll around Union Square. I have tried other steak or beef centric restaurants in SF but I have to ay Mortons is my favorite. They are tops in service, quality of food and dcor.

PROS: Great Food and Service
CONS: can be expensive
