    They have the worst return policy ever i bought a open box lcd tv(only because they didn't have any new ones of the model i wanted) and when i got home and opened it it was all scratched up i went to take it back the next day they didn't want to take it back because they said it's not the condition it was sold in then the guy said he would give me store credit i told him i don't want $500 in store credit( i had the receipt and everything by the way) after a 2nd person looked at it they refunded me the money after charging me a bogus 15 percent re stocking fee i will never shop at best buy again

    I have a complaint. I recieved the worst customer service i've ever seen or heard of at your Westminster, CA store #111, on 04/11/07 at 9:00pm. I was in the store shopping and it was time to close, so I brought my merchandise to the customer service counter, and all was going fine, the cashier, took my return and inspected it and printed up my return invoice, but when she went to pull the cash owed to me out of the droor she noticed that her supervisor named "Rollie" had already closed out the droor early. She called him to the counter to talk to me, and he stated that after the droor has been counted, it is impossible to issue a refund. I asked why he closed the droor, if it was not 9:00 yet and people were still shopping, he then told that the store is open for purchases until 9:00, but, the customer service department closes early for cash back transactions. He then told me to come back tomorrow to do my return, all because one of your employees wanted to close the customer service department early, so they could get out of work early on this particular night. He also gave me the worst attitude i've ever recieved in my life. I will never again shop at the Best Buy Store #111 in Westminster ever again because of this incident. And I personally spend multiple thousands of dollars at this location. The employee's name is Rollie, and needs to fired! Please get back to me asap with a solution, and a reason why it is ok for one of your stores to close the customer service department early, just because the employees wanted to get out of the store a couple minutes early that night. Wow. What a joke.

    This location of best buy probably got the best deal around. I always go here to buy their open box. This store probably got the most return all around. The open box is 25%-50% off original price. Everything I buy here is even better then Fry because I only have one time that it does work, but the rest it work like a charm.

    Last time when a virus hit my work computer, I had to drop by Best Buy to get it fix. Best Buy techianian took a look at my computer since I brought it there. I was coverd by the extended warrenty. The techianian look at my computer and was clueless why it wouldn't work. After three day of waiting,they had to send it back to the manufacturer. I waited for anohter week before I got my computer back. I thought they were going to give me a new computer since the sale person told me if anything wrong, just bring it back and get a new one. But I was happy to get my computer back.

    They got the worst return policy ever. I brought an open box Logitech keyboard/mouse combo because price slashes by $10. When I got home it did not work and it was a bit scratches. I went back to return it. They would not take it back because of the scratches. Then I demand to talk to the manager, he will only accepted if I pay 15% restock fee. TOTAL BS!! They just lost a loyal customer.

    I got the NetGear WGR-614 for the nice deal of $10 after MIR. Too bad I might not get my rebate from Best Buy because I price match staple for a lower price. I think Best Buy's policy of invalid a rebate if you price match is mess up. They invalid my rebate from them but I still got the other rebate from the mfr. A tip is to avoid best buy rebate deals.

    My friend want to buy 4 game systems, so we dropped by Best Buy. However, to my surprise he was only allowed 1 game system.     During x-mas, i brought two Nintendo Ds for 149.99 each. THen just 19 days later, Fry got them for sale for 129.99. When I come in to have it pricematch, they wouldn't pricematch it below their cost, even through their pricematch policy said otherwise. It got me so mad, I ended up return the items and refuse to give them any of my bussiness.

    I would not recommend this store I was not treated well right in the middle of me being helped by a associate I was left so he could go chat with another employee.I also waited twenty min in line

    I had the best experience at this Best Buy! I was running late, trying to get to my daughters Talent Show at har school. We needed to find the video copy of the music to Michael Jackson's Thriller.Not the C.D. version, but the video version, but it needed to be in audio format only. To make a very complicated and long story short, James or John I think it was, and a lot of other fellows he recruited to help us, pulled out all the stops and spent so much of their time trying to accommodate us. I was very appreciative of all that effort, even if we did leave empty handed. Those boys at this Best Buy were great!

    PROS: give their best effort
    CONS: didn't have an audio version of the Thriller video
