I took my 93 Saturn in to find out what the engine noise was on a Monday morning. We later received a call that it "could be" the timing chain. We did some research to determine the car would not run if that was the case. Strike 1 for Dwights. We then asked them to check the oil pump. We received a call on Tuesday (they've now had teh car 2 days) and were told they can't work on Saturns because they do not have the proper tool (some type of knife needed to remove the oil pan cover).
If you do not have the proper tools to work on cars DO NOT ACCEPT THOSE CARS FOR REPAIRS AND NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER OF THE ISSUE PRIOR TO ACCEPTING THE CAR AND CHARGING ME $36.00 for nothing but having my car 2 days.
I would not recommend Dwights under any circumstances.

The service work that was done was completed to our satisfaction. Dwight explained what was done and did some additional checking on condition of car. The pricing was a little high, more than the dealer.
