This is a review for the Sales Department. I worked with Raymond and Keith on buying my G37. After playing phone tag and hesitating to visit dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised by the low pressure approach at Peninsula Infiniti towards selling me a car. I test drove the car on a Friday evening and I purchased on Wednesday. In between, it took all of 2 e-mails for Raymond to reach a price which fit my budget. On purchase day Keith beat my pre-approved financing and I was out of the door with the G37 in an hour. I recommend Peninsula Infiniti for your next Infiniti purchase. Ask for Raymond or Keith.
Fantastic experience. Called for an appointment only a day in advance for 30K maintenance on my M35. They were flexible on time, agreed in advance to lend me a car. When i got there Bob talked me through options on the service, how we might cut out certain maintenance items to save money and where we might add additional items that weren't on standard maintenance plans. They were able to fix a number of warranty items and have the car ready by noon. They informed me on a bent rim, but didnt try to gouge me and sell me a new one for $1200. They gave me the name of an aftermarket seller who could get me a $300 rim and offered to put it on, next time i came in for a tire rotation.
The dealership and Service Dept I am used to dealing with is WORLD CLASS in every way. My friend and I used to be car nuts. We had over 40 cars in 5 years and you name the brand we probably owned one. I bought my present Infiniti G35 at Peninsula some years back. They were first class with the sales process but have always been world class with service. Getting an appointment is easy, I always get a loaner and my Service Advisor: Bob Anderson is absolutely the best. He always discusses the car and any issues and advises on what types of service it might need and often tells me that the car really doesn't need the service I ask for. The experience of going to Peninsula is always excellent. My friend's car cost twice as much and he always has horrible service experiences with his dealership.
I called to have my tire maintenance warning light figured out and Brian helped me resolve the issue in less than 5 minutes, over the phone, for free! I told him how great it was to solve such a daunting worry so quickly and, because of that experience (my first at their location), I highly recommend them. Thanks again Brian.
When it came to financing, which I did through Infiniti, I worked with Austin. As with Adil, the experience was excellent. He told me of the options available to me, some of which I declined, such as Lojack, and some of which I accepted, the pre-paid maintenance. During the whole talk, he never put on any pressure, nor did I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. All in all, a great experience and an unbelievable car!! I came to work today with a big smile on my face, just from the commute. I will definitely stick with Infiniti and with Peninsula Infiniti.
This was, without a question of a doubt, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Adil, the salesman, was a consummate professional. He shepherded me through the options and ins and outs of the G37 that I wanted. He was patient while I dithered about spending 45K on a car. After I finally decided to pull the trigger, he found me EXACTLY the car that I wanted, which was no easy task. The negotiation process was smooth as well.
My boyfriend and I went to Peninsula Infiniti and had a great customer experience from the time we entered the door until the time we drove off the lot with our new G-37. Sam Wong is the reason that we had such a great experience. In our history of car shopping, we have never come across as thorough and informative a sales person as Sam. There was not a thing he did not know or question he could not answer for us and even went above and beyond to verify customized settings that we preferred in the car. This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had.
I have been in the automobile business for over 34 years and have dealt directly with many dealerships. In my opinion Peninsula Infiniti is in the best I have ever experienced. The entire staff from the GM to the porter is professional, courteous and helpful. I also drive an Infiniti and travel 70 miles from my home for service at Peninsula Infiniti. The quality of service is what makes the drive and time worthwhile. I highly recommend Peninsula Infiniti for sales and service.
I just purchased my 3rd vehicle at Peninsula Infiniti and over the past 12 years have been very impressed with both the Sales and Service experience. Austin & Kirk in the Sales Dept have been professional, informed and appropriate at every juncture; a true pleasure to work with - Brian in the Service Dept exceptionally accommodating. I have returned to this Dealership and referred others because of the outstanding customer service -
Had a great experience at Peninsula. I brought my car in for an oil change and other minor work just before New Years. I was expecting the wait to be hours with everyone being off from work. I was surprised to hear that they would be done in an hour. I told them to take their time as I was going to step out for a bit and asked if they could text me when they were done. They sent me a text within the hour telling me my car was ready. I couldn't have asked for better service.
The fact that I've never purchased a car directly from this dealership has never caused them to treat me as if I didn't buy the most expensive vehicle on the showroom floor from them once a year. Always top notch service and excellent location. I enjoy my Inifiti cars so I'll without a doubt be purchasing my next one there.
When I dropped my car off, I would receive several updates for the following week. I was always informed of damages and repairs that were being done, and given frequent updates on status and estimated date of completion. On the morning I returned to pick up my car, I was greeted with the same promptness and hospitality as when I first dropped off my car. Not only was all the damage and every single problem expertly tended to, it was also detailed, washed and in spotless condition.
They were very patient with helping me find a new car. They answered all of my questions and I didn't feel pressured into buying something that I did not feel was right for me. I felt that they had great deals here and would recommend the dealership to all my friends.
All things in life are not perfect. I have had situations where something needed to be handled again. That will happen anywhere. But it is the service provided and how it is addressed that sets apart one company from the other. To that end your dealership gets 5 stars. You have always promptly addressed any concerns I have had and gone the extra mile to make sure it was corrected properly.
This was my third time leasing with Infiniti and with Peninsula. Our experience with Peninsula has been nothing but positive. We have never felt pressured but only well informed and welcomed. It's a nice feeling to walk into a car dealership and feel comfortable. I know that we probably wouldn't have had that experience without Peninsula. Thanks again!
I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership. I visited several other dealers and was impressed right away with the selection of vehicles they had to offer. All the cars were clean and well taken care of and the prices are extremely fair. It was also nice working with everyone. I bought a great little car and I can also take it back for service when needed for very fair prices on that end as well. Check them out!

One of the things I liked about the purchasing experience here is their approach always being transparent, open, candid and honest. It seems like their credo is just do what's right. Meaning integrity is an essential part of their business. I've had similar experiences with the service department. They were very professional and always delivered my car to me at the time they promised.

I have been a long time customer of Peninsula Infiniti for the past 20 years. I have purchased several Infiniti's from this dealership and I have always gotten them serviced here. The purchasing experience at this dealership is 5 stars. I have always been treated with the greatest respect and each purchase transaction has been smooth and problem free.

I just leased my third Infinity from Peninsula Infinity. What impressed me is the same staff is there from the first time I went to Peninsula Infinity, years ago. The staff remembered me, were very helpful, including Keith, a salesman, Jeff and Austin, sales managers and Brian, our service consultant. They gave me options regarding the purchase of my leased car and the lease of a new car. Turns out, I leased a new Infinity G37. There was no pressure, no hassle. The paperwork was painless. The service department is top notch. Just a great place to buy or lease and car and a service team you can trust.
For the past two years we've had our Infinity G35x serviced at Peninsula Infinity. Bob Anderson, their service manager, has done an excellent job of keeping our car in excellent condition.
Last Saturday, a Toyota Camry T-boned our Infinity on the El Camino Real. Our car was totalled. The last time we looked for an All Wheel Drive (x) Infinity we could not find one within 100 miles of the SF Bay Area. This time we found a G35xS at Peninsula Infinity. Bob introduced us to the sales manager, Austin Cauthron who introduced us to Samuel Wong, a sales advisor, who introduced us to Jeff Ha, in finance. Everyone was articulate, personable, helpful and well trained. And, when we finished our transaction Bob came full circle to congratulate us.
If you are interested in purchasing an Infinity in the SF Bay Area the team at Peninsula Infinity gets five stars for service, price, and team work.
This place is awesome. I have bought a few cars here in the pass and it was great. Just bought a new car not to long ago and Jeff and Austin in Sales were great assistants to me. I got a great deal on the car. I would refer anyone to go to Peninsula Infiniti!
This place is horrible!!
The service reps and manager are rude and unprofessional!!!!
They ripped me off and have discouraged me from buying another Infiniti ever again.
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Peninsula Infiniti posted a 2003 Honda Odyssey up for auction on Ebay Motors. After bidding on the vehicle and bidding enough to reach their minimum reserve, they pulled the vehicle off the auction 24 hours before it was supposed to end and said it had been sold. Hey, no problem. But 2 days later, they placed the exact same vehicle up for sale on Craigslist and listed it for considerably higher than the reserve price they were seeking on Ebay. Hey, I understand that it's their car and they can do whatever they want. I personally happen to think what they did was greedy and unethical. Two qualities you definately don't want with someone you could potentially do business with. Seems to me, the whole Ebay auction listing was nothing more than a fishing expedition to see what kind of bids the vehicle would garner with no intention to follow through.
Pros: Unknown
Cons: They play games with their Ebay Auctions.
