Cat N' Fiddle Pub & Restaurant

This is one of the best spaces in Los Angeles for socializing. Its a big English pub..with a beautiful outdoor patio with loads of tables. Packed at night, the guiness flows as does the fish n' chips, though I dont go here for the food so much as a place you can go and hang with friends and drink and be merry.

The Cat and Fiddle is a very relaxed, casual place to hang out with friends, either inside at the bar or in a cozy booth, or outside at one of the many tables or sitting by the fountain. It gets rather hectic and crowded whenever England is playing soccer, but the energy of the crowd is worth it.

This bar has a great atmosphere. I've been here several times for after-work drinks with co-workers, and its never felt like a pick-up bar. The outdoor patio is a perfect place to chill with your friends.

I've always gotten there earlier, but I THINK there's a cover charge that takes effect at 9:00pm. You'll want to get there before then anyway so you can get a table ... by 11:00, the patio is really full.

Experience England in the heart of Hollywood. Centrally located down on Sunset this former studio building is well-known for the pints they pour along with the authentic British fare they serve including Fish & Chips, Shepards Pie, and Bangers & Mash.The place appeals to both a younger and older crowd. A large outside, smoker-friendly patio area with a fountain is available. The pub also serves breakfast.
