Of all the golf courses around Thousand Oaks, CA, golfing at Sunset HIlls CC is my favorite. It's designed by Ted Robinson and good for all skill levels. Staff is friendly and the grounds beautiful.

A tight Thousand Oaks, CA golf course. Watch out for the blind shots. This course is well-groomed and has a couple of practice facilities but, like Jack said, not a real driving range.

Sunset is a great course for anyone. It is by no means a long course but accuracy is at a premium. There are quite a few blind shots that need to be hit throughout the course so it's best to play with someone who has played there before.

The 18th hole is a great finishing hole, downhill par 4 with a blind teeshot and your second is in to a small green with a nice size lake right in front.

They have a nice chipping/practice and putting green but only have a netted 'driving range'.

PROS: Fun, tough but fair
CONS: No real driving range
