Just another example of how little the city of Santa Clara has to offer. Nice house, nicely kept antiques (whoopie!) and nice gardens...all at tax payer expense. Horrible hours. Let's put it this way...worth missing out on... but do it if there really is nothing else to do in surrounding areas - which there is lots, thanks to better planning on the part of pretty much every other city in the area. That and there's a severely ghetto-esque house nearby. You get the picture.

The Harris-Lass Historical Museum is the last farm site in Santa Clara, and holds well preserved antiques and furniture of the original family. The museum includes the home, summer kitchen, barn, and tank house. The Historic Preservation Society of Santa Clara operates the museum on weekends even though the City of Santa Clara owns the property.
