I have been a life-long customer of this fine auto-repair shop. Recently, after my poor experience with Wheel Works on Franklin, Raul again helped me out and rotated my tires - the crew there works hard for customers and always follows through with preventative maintenance so you won't break down between visits.

The customer service at All Pro is great. I took my '03 Jetta in for a clutch repair, and Raul quoted me at $1075, compared to $2500 at Royal Motor Sales's service garage down the street. They had it done right quick, and I would certainly recommend All Pro although I am by no means an expert in car mechanics.

I don't know how having your car break down on the Bay Bridge can ever be a good thing, but for me the day had a silver lining. Being new to San Francisco, I had the good fortune of being towed to All Pro Mechanixc instead of a dealership. My 99 Passat was not drivable and needed major work and Mike and Raul were just awesome to work with. They promptly diagnosed the problem with my car and gave me a very fair estimate and completed the work quickly and as promised. In addition to the mechanical work, they even fixed a side panel that had come loose. They patiently explained the work that they did and also advised me about how I could keep my car in good shape. I have never had this kind of personal service before and will never go back to a dealership. I have owned cars for 35 years and these are the best and most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. As long as I am in San Francisco this will be my shop and I would recommend it to anyone looking for great service.

Took 2004 VW Jetta 1.8T wagon in last week for 40k service ($530). Work is excellent, service is outstanding and I simply do not have the right words to do this place justice. Almost took our baby into dealership, such a bad experience last time but didn't want to go to Mark Morris for such a big service. all pro mechanicx fixed our outlet, told us to stop using after market cell phone chargers, we hear you ! We'll be upgrading to an Audi or getting another VW and have yet to find a really good service place - well, this is the holy grail.

it is a very conveniently located, Shuttle service was offered but we've been trained by other less service oriented places to arrange our own ride so I can't review it.

Gave me advice about our tires and brakes that was sensible and did not up sale whatsoever. Refreshing.

usually leave car shops with a nagging feeling that i've been ripped off or feeling like they didn't fix everything i had a problem with...or both! i'd drive away wondering just how soon my next unexpected visit will be and regretting my car purchase the whole way home.

those days are over. the guys here are straightforward, friendly and the prices are fair. they didn't make me feel stupid explaining (in mostly sound effects) the weird sound my car made and they didn't make me feel bad for being a curb rider. not only did they get me to and from work, they even washed my car. yay!

can you love your car shop? i think i do.

I just got a custom paint job for my motorcycle and it looks amazing. The detail these guys put in their work is unbelievable. Now I am talking to them about restoring my 67 Mustang from the ground up, I have know doubt that the work will be awesome.

Mike and is crew are amazing they helped me out a lot. I broke down about two blocks from his shop at 5:30 in the evening, him and his guys pushed my car back to the shop and stayed till about 8:00pm working on it so that I can make it home in San Jose. These guys are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been bringing my cars to mike for the past 10 years. (I only own BMW's) They do very good and clean work, I am very an@l about my cars, and Mike knows that. But it seems as if the car is cleaner when I get it back then it was when I dropped it off. Mike is very knowledgeable just as much as any dealer and for half the price. He dose not try to sell you something hat you don't need. He is very honorable.

Excellent customer service. If you like car talk on npr you'll like these guys. They will show you all the parts they replaced along with the reasoning behind replacing them. The estimate is accurate, easy to read. I brought my car in to be fixed and they finished that same day.

It is January 13 and my Spyder Toyota (mr 2) has been in their shop since before Christmas - Every time I call the explanation changes and I still don't have my car - I received an initial $700 estimate which I knew was too low and then it changed to $3400 and now they say they will have to wait and see- They may end up being good mechanics but really feel like this has been a switch and bait

Raul was accommodating when I was in a jam. He let me leave my car outside on a sunday and took care of everything. I have a 68 caddy and i dropped it off for a new starter and these guys found some more things that needed to be worked on. The car came out running better than ever, with more power and smoothness than when i bought it 3 years ago. Thanks guys.

I went here after reading the reviews. I wanted to add my two cents and let you know that I, too, had a great experience. I brought my car in on Saturday morning and even got it back that afternoon! I was quoted less and got my car back in one day! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any work done on their car.

MIKE AND RAUL ROCK THEY TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOUR CAR FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER THEY FIXED MY 2003 BMW PERFECT IN EVERY WAY I HAD A FRONT END COLLISION AND I ALLSO NEEDED A 60,000 MILE SERVICE MY INSURANCE PAID FOR THE BODY WORK AND THEY GAVE A $250.00 DISCOUNT ON THE SERVICE NOW THATS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mike and raul helped me comletely restore my 1963 volvo b18 the car came out fantastic they did a custome paint job looks like glass show room .they allso repaired a front end collision on my 2002 mercedes s 500 looks original . reccomend them for any repairs body or mechanical

mike and raul are a dream to work with i took my mercedes in because i got tired of paying the hi prices at the dealer so i decided to look for a shop that would take car of my car so i saw the reviews on city search and was impressed well i tell you my car was serviced on tome and they had pointed out some things that the dealer did not do but charged me for i returned to the dealer and got back $350.00 this is the best shop of the year i am going to bring my car back for some body work they are a one stop shop. love them and you will too

My whole family uses All Pro. Every time anything goes wrong with our car, we call and they fix them problem immediately. Their prices are fair and the service is excellent. My car is always ready when they say it will be.

What a great place. I am a repeat customer, and have taken both mechanical and cosmetic problems to this shop and have always left pleased. They actually won't let you leave unless you are completely satisfied. I have shopped around for pricing and this place beats everywhere I have tried. When time and money are short, All Pro should be your first choice.
