Today, I went to Long Hai with a few friends. Two of us had Vietnamese soup (Pho) and one had one of the rice dishes. Everyone liked what they have. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. There was plenty of parking.

This long hai is vietnamese restaurant.
The food is great and cheap. The pho is just so great that you just want to go back all the time. The owner is very friendly and the whole staff is nice. The only thing concerns me is the cleaniess. If they keep things cleaner, it would be perfect.!!!

This is the nice place with great and delicious foods i have tried. Just come and enjoy the food in Long Hai...you will not have any regrets....
The Sole Fish is a must for all who dine at Long Hai. It's savory flavor and crunch makes it an excellent comfort food. The price can't be beat for the portion you get. They deep fry this fish to perfection, not burnt, but the perfect crunch. I was introduced to this dish at Long Hai, and I find myself on a Sole fish addiction
Delicious chicken pho, do I need to say more? The pho is so delicious and there is no hint of msg. The chicken is so tender and juicy. I learned of this place through a friend on facebook. I checked out their yelp and website and looked at the menu. Very decent prices for Tustin standards. They update their website a lot for promotions and now I regularly come for their VIP Happy Hour menu at ridiculously low prices. The portions are not cut back like most places. I truly recommend this place for all you pho lovers. Also, try their sole fish....it is so crispy and tasty.
Growing up in the Silicon Valley also means you grew up on Vietnamese food. I can remember the many nights and mornings I would slurp down pho ga and munch on goi cuon with contentment. So when I went to Los Angeles for three years, I struggled to find the pho joints and the Vietnamese cafes I'm used to back home.
When my friend referred me to Long Hai, I was skeptical, and also a little unwilling to drive all the way to Tustin just for a taste of home. But when I finally came around to it, I could just taste the quality and the nostalgia of their food. The pho is excellent, but it's really the vermicelli that will get you rollin'. This is authentic Vietnamese comfort, with great service and a relaxing atmosphere.
I'm fickle with my Vietnamese food, especially since I believe I grew up with the best Vietnamese food back home. But Long Hai is definitely one of my favorites, and it is my home away from home. Eat here.
Good food. I have been eating here for 15 years. The place did get old but the recently remodeled and looks new. I tried their chicken lettuce wraps and it was good especially the sauce. you should try the crepes also. The waiter is kind of clueless since he has limited English. But he is nice and agree with the other reviewer, the owner is really nice. It authentically family owned. I wish the lunch lines on Fridays don't get so long sometimes. The food ranges from 4-9 dollars and they have live crab and lobster at a very reasonable price.
Pros: Price is low, good food
Cons: sometimes there is no table during lunch rush
