one bad experience doesn't spoil the customer service. I had had nothing but great service here. the staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I've been tanning here for ten years now and love it. the last review sounded like she was a b.$

The service here used to be very friendly, now its taken a nose-dive. I went in there yesterday to purchase the Mystic Tan sunless spray, because it's a great product. I walk in the door, there's some 6'4'" guy sitting at the counter (customer side) texting away on his cell. The girl who works there (his girlfriend, I guess)walks up and says, "Yes?". I tell her I'd like to buy the spray & asks her if it's the same as the previous stuff I bought, because the packaging is different. She told me she hadn't worked there that long so didn't know. Fair enough. Meanwhile, another customer walks in, so I told the girl to help her first, since she was probably coming in to tan. The woman, like me, couldn't even get close to the counter because her dufus boyfriend wouldn't move out of the way! Does she ask her guy to move? No. So I buy my spray and leave, without so much as a thank-you from the girl. At this point, I'm a bit disgusted. Forward to today. I went online & found the spray for $16 less online, so I go back there to return it. I walk in, and there's a different girl there. I explain to her that I would like to return the spray as I found it cheaper. She had to call someone to help her with it. The machine won't work, so she tells me to write down my personal information & they'll SEND a check to me. How long before I get it? 2 WEEKS! I said, "Okay, please don't take this personally; it's not directed at you, however, that is unacceptable. I came in yesterday, you charged my card and now that I want a refund I have to wait 2 WEEKS?" She says, "Okay, I don't have to sit here and have you yell at me." Errr, I guess for her (& every other 16-19 year-old) anything above a whisper is "yelling". I again told her that my complaint wasn't directed at her personally. I finally gave up and left, which prompted me to write this review. If you want to go to a tanning salon & be treated like they're doing YOU a favor, this is the place for you!
