I shop at Steve Madden shoes a lot. However, I will not be going back after this experience. I went to this specific store to excahnge a pair of heels that I received from a friend as a xmas present. The manager was the one who helped me and she was extremely rude. Although these heels were never woren and I received them for a gift, she said there was nothing they could do without a receipt. I told her I got them as a gift and she did not care. She was rude and bitter and made my experience at this store terrible. In no way was she willing to help me out. I do not reccomend giving this particular store business.
