Drain Doctor

We had main sewage line backup on a Sunday. We called drain doctor to snake main sewage. They were prompt in scheduling an appointment, came on time and were willing to give a quote on site without any charge. Their price was very reasonable and service was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone with emergency plumbing problem.

We were having clogs going on in most of the sinks and toilets which lead us to think that the clogs at one central location. The drain doctor guys came out three times to help. They were always helpful and courteous and even broke a snake at the front cleanout and didn't charge us. We eventually found that the clog was out in the street, past our sidewalk after having them use the camera on the third visit. Our solution was to install a city clean out so that if anything gets clogged in the sewer line off our property, it's the city's problem and they'll come out for free to clear the clog. The city cleanout was fairly reasonable at about $1500 and they earned their pay that day. Digging a 6' deep trench and cutting some 4 roots (we have a 75ft tree nearby) was worth it plus it included the inspection time and permits. No clogs (knock on wood) so far.
