Mandarin is located in a "dying" part of town but the placer inside is very clean, good ambiance. The service is excellent and they bring out the food really quickly. Their beef fried rice was perfect.

This is a quiet place with great food. The quality is superior and the selection is wonderful. They actually had a few dishes on the menu I hadn't heard of but, will look forward to trying.
