They destroyed several of my expensive wool and wool/silk rugs. 2 rugs looked as though they had been put in a washing machine (not dry cleaned as rugs should be) and a third one (a runner) came back crooked as if it was stretched out in the wrong way. A crooked runner is ridiculous looking, and because it was a part of a matching set, now BOTH of my expensive runners need to be replaced. Another rug was filled with SAND. I swept up over 1/4 cup of sand from my floor after rolling out that rug. I have no idea where the sand came from. The owner (Anthony) claimed that it was my fault because the rugs were "poor quality" (funny because they certainly came from reputable manufacturers and were expensive). No refund was offered, and he didn't offer to reimburse me for the cost to replace the rugs. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, a lawsuit to recover the cost to replace the rugs, and a dispute with my credit card company, not to mention telling all of my friends not to use that cleaner.

Went in on Monday 12/19 to let them know that my buttons (holder) for my french-cuff shirt were not in the shirt. The gentleman (owner?) handled the situation perfectly and I was on my way out the door when a female (owner/manager/?) showed up and asked, "What's the problem?" He explained to her what happened and she ripped me a new one for complaining about it! She told me that I probably lost the buttons and was coming to them for new ones (they cleaned the shirt, it still had the little yellow tag on it). I told her I have never complianed to them before about anything. She said, "You're complaining now aren't you?" Then I spent the next 5 minutes being insulted... the gentleman tried to stop her, but she kept running her mouth. I was standing there with my mouth open trying to figure out what was going on. Long story short, she ripped me a new one and lost my business forever (after 1 1/2 years). It's too bad. On my way out the door, I heard him tell her, "The customer is always right." She said, "I don't care..." and the rest was inaudible...

PROS: Good business... needs to pay attention to details.
CONS: That woman with the big mouth... Yells in Korean or Vietnamese
