I've only taken one class at the Still Yoga & Boutique - that was enough. The class was overcrowded and there was no way for me to relax and get the gist of what the instructor was calling out. It was very frustrating.

Pros: clean calm friendly

I have been practicing yoga for 7 years, 4 of them at Still. The teachers are great; they really know their stuff. Before I came to Still, i had very limited of Anusara style yoga, but now i would consider myself a convert. the asana room is serene and cheerful, and the attention to detail and design is evident throughout the studio. This makes it a pleasant space that motivates me to come to yoga. The friendly staff and students are another reason I wouldn't want to practice anywhere else.

Pros: great space, attentive knowlegeable teachers

Cons: sometimes parking is tight when there's a wine tasting next door

I've taken three classes here, really wanted to love it as I live nearby and am an Anusara enthusiast. Unfortunatley, I had one of the worst instructors ever at this place... sorry to stereotype but the cobalt blue eye-shadowed, pseudo philosophy-spouting, ditzy LA actress type did not match my usual Anusara experience. The yoga instruction was just plain bad, she did not understand the alignment principles, did not adjust anyone and I saw some terribly misaligned poses with future injuries looming over the horizon. I don't expect everyone to be in top form, but it is the instructor's responsibility to keep practitioners in at least rough alignment to avoid harm. The second instructor was just plain unpleasant and again, no hands-on alignment or interest in student's abilities. Won't go back* trendy yoga just doesn't cut it for me.

Pros: Parking, nice space

Cons: Poor instruction, inexperienced and too trendy

I bought a package of ten classes that "do not expire". After using two of the ten class passes I was told I no longer had any classes left on my account. I've sent emails and left voice mails over and over in hopes of getting some clarification or the proper credit I was owed, and the administrators at the yoga studio either don't care or don't bother checking their emails or voicemails. With so many yoga studios in the area, it seems silly to waste your money at a studio that doesn't keep their promises and doesn't do anything to remedy their mistakes.

Pros: it seems like a good deal until you get ripped off

Cons: Their "non-expirable" class passes expire
