Andronicos Florist

This place is definately a classy joint. It is a lot bigger than the Berkeley Andronico's, and it has a wonderful bakery, butcher shop, cheese selection, and several produce aisles. I loved that there was at least a couple tasting stations at each department, which led my total bill to be many dollars higher, I'm sure. The only negative about this place are the prices. There is a markup here but the company can justify it for the exceptional quality.

I felt like I was in a market in France. This market is very impressive. They carry all types of gourmet and healthy foods. Groceries and prepared. There is a coffee shop connected to the market. The wine section was huge, certainly more labels than I have seen in a local market. There are gift items, kitchen items, household good, cleaners. Fresh meat and seafood. It is laid out in a very inviting way. I found the pricing to be reasonable. They do not have a "saver card" but they do offer a flyer with a few coupons. Andronicos is located in a neat area of cafe's and coffee shops, also across from a theatre. There is a huge parking lot just next door with free parking. I look forward to shopping there in the future.

PROS: Gourmet foods, huge selection, healthy prepared and grocery foods.
CONS: Prices are higher than average grocery stores on some items.

This store my mom loves because their deli is great and has all kinds of ready-made foods. However, their prices are a little on the high side for groceries...
