You may have to wait a while to sit but it is SO worth it. I am not even a beef lover but they had the best rib eye that melts in your mouth and their pasta is AMAZING the portions are huge, the meal could last you two days. While your waiting you get unlimited amounts of cheese fondue and amazing sourdough bread. The service is GREAT. The prices are not bad at all for how amazing their food is. Im even contemplating on driving up there (from san diego, ca 8 hours) to buy 75 steaks (for 150 people) and 50 orders of their shrimp alfredo pasta (that could feed 150 people) for my wedding it is DEFINITELY worth it. If you want an amazing meal, great service, and good prices definitely stop at Gus's steak house.
Pros: best meal of your life
Cons: if your from out of town you'll miss the place when you go back home
The exterior may fool you at first, but this is a nice casual dining experience. The interior decor is 1960's, but the wait staff are attentive and quick. The food is good , with a few real culinary treats. I recommend the bread pudding, made by the owners wife. The cheese fondue is a nice touch, and the special price available Sun-Thur is an outstanding value. (Two meals for $15.95)
Pros: Great value, Good food, Good service
Cons: Exterior appearance, Interior decor, accessibility
